First off, I drove with expired temp plates for 2 months! Called over 8 times inquiring about my real plates and was told DMV was backed up. I told them "what about these expired temp plates"... I was told that if I got a ticket, to take the ticket there and they would pay for it. After 70 days, I finally got my plates! Now, I just got a call from my BANK that 95 days have passed and they have yet to receive the title! My bank had sent me letters about this, and yet AGAIN, I had called this dealer inquiring about the title and all I was told was that this process takes a long time!!! Victor told me to call him the following week. Okay, the following week I called and all I got was VOICEMAIL!!!! It has now been 95 days and they have yet to give my bank the title! I just got off the phone with them and, yet again, was told that the ONLY person that could help me is Victor and that they will try to speak with him. The person said that they will call me back. Did I mention that I overpayed for the car? I got a 2005 Yaris with 40k miles and for the same price, I could have gotten one that had 9k from 2007 in other locations!!!!!!!!!! Okay, that was my fault... my eagerness to buy a car made me pull the trigger without doing much due dilligence. It hurt to see that my price was the same that would have bought almost a brand new Yaris on any other location!! Dumb on my part, greedy on theirs! Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this place like the plague! Just terrible service all around!! This experience has been the worst retail experience in my life. For the life of me I cannot figure out how these guys are still in business! Unbelievable. More

I bought a new Corolla in April; they sent wrong car info to Toyota Financial; I finally got Toyota. Now 3 months later and repeated calls to dealer, still no maintenance contract (did get one for the wrong to Toyota Financial; I finally got Toyota. Called back repeatedly, no call back from Victor. Now I get recall notice from Toyota. They sold me a car and never did the recall service on it. By the time I got there I met Huberman Ulysse who only showed me one car - 2010 Camry. The other car he said was just got crashed by one of staff members and Nicole doesn’t know anything cause she is new to the company. I asked him the price of the car and his said it's going for 19+ and I told him that online it says $14795. He acted really shocked and went to talk to his manager. He came out and said it’s for $15795. To my surprise they went online and changed the price to $15795 and showed me the printout. He also said $15795 is the price you'll have to finance after putting 3k down. I told him that you website doesn’t say anything about 3K finance. We checked the website together but then he refused to reduce the price to $14795. After that he kept convincing me to buy a new Camry for $21500. I was really disappointed with this service. If you are from Southeast Asia, believe your brother and take my advice – do not to go to this dealer. More

I put in a deposit to purchase 2011 toyota sienna XLE. They did not have the car, I was told they will locate it for me and i should have it within a week. one month passed and they still can't locate it. They gave me run around and finally after 2 months they asked me to take the deposit back saying that they are not able to locate the vehicle. this was the worst experience of buying a car. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership. More

Do not go to this place. They put fake price/ad in the internet. We called for an unbelievable good deal. In many calls they said they have many Sienna - the car we're looking for. They said that the Carfax was clean the it never had any accident but when asked, they were not able to present a carfax report. Do NOT go. It is a trap. More

Keith was extremely friendly and asked all the "right" questions (did I want them to look at anything specifically did I have any coupons). He kept me informed each step of the way during the service of m questions (did I want them to look at anything specifically did I have any coupons). However, there were a few things I had specifically asked about before the service that he did not update me about when the service was completed. When I inquired about them he had to go to the tech to ask. I had a specific concern regarding my radio not working when I pressed my rear defogger that was not addressed. He asked me to call back on Monday and he had to have his specialist file a campaign with Toyota. I had spoken to another dealership so I knew exactly what the problem was (rear windsheild has the antenna and the defogger). This morning I went to another Toyota dealer they verified the problem and have ordered me a rear windshield. What a waste of my morning to have to pay an unnecessary visit to a dealership. Overall, I thought the friendliness was great. The lounge could have been better but did offer wifi. I would only return here for standard factory services (they did have the lowest price) but not for anything beyond that. More

Here are some examples: - quoted an outrageous price to begin with (twice the manufacturer's nationally advertised rate) - tried the old 'oh the only one we have in that color has a moonroof', when we didn't want a moonroof - made us wait 4.5 hours, start to finish (and that's without buying anything in the end) - tried to convince us to sign a contract with the 'fee' lines filled in as 'TBD' - after we settled for black, our second-favorite color, they spent the next 2 hours or so saying that they were cleaning, prepping, filling up gas, etc. Then, finally, we were called into an F&I office to do the paperwork, and they told us that they didn't actually have black either, and would we be ok with silver. We were already almost going crazy at this point, and they tried to convince us that we could get the black one but it would cost an extra $750 for them to get it for us. We said 'no, you've been lying to our faces, we're not paying for that'. Eventually they said 'oh, it looks like we sent our black one to our other location, we'll bring it over by tomorrow.' - when it looks like all was finally said and done, they said 'oh, we just checked your credit score (which they checked when we first got to the dealership and told us was fine) and it looks like your monthly payment will have to be about twice what we were saying The list goes on and on, those are the big ones that come to mind right now. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They're only aimed at people who have no idea what they're doing and can be easily swindled. Don't waste your time - we went to Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs the next day and had a fantastic experience. More
