@kxgofma, We're sorry that you had such confusion after servicing your vehicle with us. It is important to know that if you came in to redeem a oil change coupon (and we have a lot of those in circulation), that service will specify that up to 5 quarts of genuine Toyota oil will be added to the vehicle, and that normal oil under normal conditions, should last you about 5,000 miles. Synthetic oil does last longer, and is generally more expensive. If you are ever unsure what oil was furnished during the service, you should direct the question to the Service Advisor who you worked with, or reach out to our Service Manager, Carlos. They can review your work order and give you that answer. We generally ask that if you choose synthetic oil for your Camry, please be sure to request it when you check in for service, as many Toyota vehicles are able to run perfectly well with regular or synthetic oil. And, the sticker may have just been a "high-speed" mistake, with our crew accidentally putting the wrong sticker on your window. Stuff like that happens to the best of us. ITS ALWAYS EASY TO BLAME THE DEALER FOR DENTS OR SCRATCHES THAT COULD HAVE VERY EASILY BEEN DONE BY THE CONSUMER. I DON'T SEE HOW THIS MAKES US DISHONEST OR SNEAKY.
