Great experience I stopped by rt. 22 toyota to see if i could find the Rav 4 i was looking for, i was helped by Nick, i was impressed by how hard he was working he was I stopped by rt. 22 toyota to see if i could find the Rav 4 i was looking for, i was helped by Nick, i was impressed by how hard he was working he was dealing with another customer as well and still was able to assist me in all the questions i has without me waiting around. They did not have the Rav4 for Limited with the color i wanted in stock but said they could get one. i decided to see if i could find one at another dealership, but the color i wanted seemed to be very rare and could not find at any other dealers that i went to. So i decided to go back to Rt22 toyota because nick was by far the the nicest sales person that i had dealt with. They got my Rav 4 in no time at all. Outstanding I don't think using the word "outstanding" to describe my experience with Route 22 Toyota Scion would be an overstatement. My wife and I had the plea I don't think using the word "outstanding" to describe my experience with Route 22 Toyota Scion would be an overstatement. My wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman by the name of Richmond Ejiofor. Richmond was an absolute professional. He was eager to help but without being pushy - it appeared to be out of a genuine desire to be helpful, rather than just for the sake of making a sale. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured or like we were being jerked around. And at no point were any games played - no attempt to upsell, no attempt at pulling a bait-and-switch. It was all upfront. No surprises. No hassle. After my wife and I bought the car, we noticed what we believed to be a blemish in the paint - one that couldn't simply be buffed out. It was a small spot, and I felt a little petty asking Richmond about it. As soon as he saw what I was talking about he did, in fact, buff it right out for me, and without making me fee small about it. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership.
