Second of all... they gave me geico as my insurance and wrote a lot of fake informations about me to try get my insurance cheap to force me bought that car ! After 1 month geico called me to confirm some of informations and I realized they wrote a lot of fake information about me! I’m married and they put divorced I’m a new driver and they say I was driving for 7 years !!!!! I’m going to sue this dealer they are so unprofessional put some fake informations to make my insurance get cheap and make me bought that car !!!!! Don’t trust that place at all!!!!!!! More

AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPT. LIKE THE PLAGUE This is about the Service Department: My family has been purchasing cars from this dealership for approximately 20 years. I made the switch about 2 ye This is about the Service Department: My family has been purchasing cars from this dealership for approximately 20 years. I made the switch about 2 years ago to this dealership and leased a 2016 Rav 4. In September I starting to hear grinding noises in my brakes. I took the car 3 times, especially after almost rear ending a tractor trailer, to rectify the issue. The final time I had to have the car towed, as the noise was so bad other drivers turned to look at me thinking I was going to hit them, I assume. Each time they said there was nothing wrong. The service manager and director, Mike Ventura and Tom Carrino even had the audacity to ask me why I was bringing it in bc they already diagnosed it and told me nothing was wrong. Well, today I almost had another accident. I have called corporate, and they allowed "certified" Tom Carrino to make the decision about my car, when he is the one I called to complain about. My request for MY ONLY mode of transportation is that they hold it for an entire day and give me a loaner. They declined even stating, "they don't give loaners for sound." It's not just a sound. Tom Carrino is very rude. He doesn't listen to your concerns, he talks over you aggressively. Overall, the customer service in the service center is horrible. The demeanor for most encountered makes you think they all hate their jobs and hate being there. The fact that the "head" of the service department has the worst demeanor and lack of customer service says it all. ****Just an observation: On multiple sites with reviews, including Facebook, the majority of your poor reviews are from people of color, as well as the treatment of certain people while actually being serviced is poor. A manager even said to me when I made a complaint about customer service in parts, "oh yeah, he's an xxxxxxx. But, you know, he's Portuguese. Don't worry about it". Seriously!?!?!? More
