Brand New 2018 Tacoma Trd Sport Purchase Ahmed Sharafeldin & Melissa Marrero are the definition of customer service and customer satisfaction. There was NO PRESSURE with all negotiations being done through emal and phone. Once I responded to pick up my new truck, the time spent doing "paperwork" was very minimal. Another dealer in MORRISTOWN NJ insisted I come in to negotiate and would not entertain any requests or offers. This was even after the initial visit to the dealer where I spent almost 2 hours at this Morristown dealer. Mind you, Rt. 22 Toyota is almost an hour away from my home, compared to a 20min. drive to Morristown. And I would do it again if needed. On another note, Ahmed and Rt.22 Toyota offered free lifetime oil changes. Morristown has no such thing that I am aware of or offered. For instance, the Toyota Rep that made me leave the house one evening to fax over specific documents to prove my power of attorney position for my mom when they already had my moms verbal authorization documented in their computer data base from previous phone correspondences.
