My advisor Kathy Andrade lied about my tire not able to be plugged from a nail, said tire treads were too low ,while picking up my car I asked a technician to put air in the tire for now for me, instead sh be plugged from a nail, said tire treads were too low ,while picking up my car I asked a technician to put air in the tire for now for me, instead she plugged it and it’s been running fine ever since. As most service advisors now a days, she cared more about making a tire sale than saving money in my pocket despite not knowing my situation.. I get that you have to make money , but it’s not right to try and force a sale that a customer does not have funds for at the moment. More
