My experience was EGREGIOUS to put it lightly the service Manager Tom was very unprofessional and I would not recommended anyone to do business with Route 22 Toyota especially with the service manager discuss Manager Tom was very unprofessional and I would not recommended anyone to do business with Route 22 Toyota especially with the service manager discussing clients with his employees (Micheal Ventura) and making a mockery of their situation. And then ignoring them overall this was so despicable I can’t event put in words the extent of how horrible my experience was which I already know Tom doesn’t care which he made clear when I asked to speak with corporate or someone in a higher authority.
