Such a relief to trust a car dealer again. They tossed me the keys of whatever car I wanted to test drive and let me and the wife just do our thing. We left super satisfied and with the car. Dealership solved our issues as below Key fob replacement was exceptional. Could do better on coordination. Battery Replacement - Was quoted $202 and authorized, final charge was $272. It was not enough for them, because of my BAD REVIEW i wrote yesterday “June 19 2025” from this dealer and management of LUIS MARTINEZ, a few hours ago, TODAY, June 20 2025, Mr. LUIS MARTÍNEZ, at 11:31 AM called me on my personal phone number while I was working, COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BAD REVIEW WE WROTE FROM his DEALER, when everything we said it’s the truth! OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THEY MADE ME WAIT 6 WEEKS FOR THE LICENSE PLATES AND REGISTRATION WHICH THEY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE, which we were clear from the beginning about the address and all the documents that we provided with the actual address. Now we have to change it because of their NEGLIGENT ACTION and AT THE END HE SAID THAT HE WON’T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! ONCE AGAIN ⚠️The manager LUIS MARTÍNEZ THREATENED ME BY SAYING THAT FOR LEAVING A BAD REVIEW, FROM NOW ON THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE ANY ISSUE OF THE VEHICLE if it comes again to the present problem, just for the simple fact that I have written down my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF THIS DEALER. Senseless THREAT because since we purchased the vehicle, he said we have 2 months of guarantee with them. We didn’t do anything people!! We were claiming our agreement and what we paid for!! WHICH THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING AT THE END. On May 9, 2025 I went with my husband to this MITSUBISHI ROUTE 17 dealer to buy a vehicle that we saw through the carfax app, e BUY IN THIS PLACE. On May 9, 2025 I went with my husband to this MITSUBISHI ROUTE 17 dealer to buy a vehicle that we saw through the carfax app, exactly a Nissan Rogue 2021 SL. We were attended from the beginning by Mr. CAIRO LÓPEZ, together with the manager LUIS MARTÍNEZ who with false promises sold us the vehicle!! THE PRICE THEY PUT ON THE PAGE IS NOT REAL, YOU END PAYING MORE THAN agreed. One of the agreements we had with the manager LUIS MARTINEZ was that the vehicle had to be painted in the bumper since it was with many parts without paint. When we left the vehicle for repair we realized that they only painted a circle on the left side of the bumper and leaving everything else without paint. We claimed our agreement and they didn't want to solve it. My husband and I decided to leave it like that and move on. On June 1, 2025, the vehicle gave me problems with the shifter where it wouldn't let me park and the ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON. We quickly went to the Nissan to the supposed warranty that we paid $3,500 to have the vehicle checked and repaired, which was inspected and everything came out that the shifter is DAMAGED (I HAVE PROVE OF THAT) and had to be replaced. They were charging us almost $3,000 dollars to replace the shifter. The supposed guarantee we paid DID NOT WORK. Since the warranty didn’t work, we had to take the vehicle on a crane to the Mitsubishi route 17 dealer to take care of the repair, which we were attended by the manager LUIS MARTÍNEZ and tells us that MAGICALLY they inspected the vehicle and it has nothing, that his mechanic has checked it and nothing needs to be repaired. He added that we have to request a new key because the key we have is giving problems. Which we agreed to because we do need another key. THE STORY DOESN'T END HERE!! That same day we also claimed because we had more than 4 weeks and we did not have the official license plate (the temporary one had 1 week expired) which we had to wait until June 19, 2025 for them to call us that they already had the license plate. THE BEST PART: this June 19, 2025 I went with my husband to pick up the vehicle and the supposed new key that we agreed, again the manager LUIS MARTÍNEZ denied everything we talked about the key. My husband is already tired of so many lies and so much disappointment that he claim this is not business and it is not professional to lie, where Mr. LUIS MARTÍNEZ THREATENED my husband to call the police if he did not leave in 5 minutes. My husband left the dealer and called the police since he felt threatened by this Mr. LUIS MARTÍNEZ, where we were hoping to end this NIGHTMARE and take the vehicle home. At the end we couldn’t do nothing more than explained everything to the police and they recommended another contact department for any claim. This was a HORRIBLE, FRUSTRATING story plus a vehicle that WAS NEVER REPAIRED. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IN THIS PLACE. THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE. More
