Brandon was cool but the manager has a stink attitude, I almost left this place he needs to better as a leader. We recently purchased a vehicle from Rt17 Mitsubishi, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We were searching for a reliable vehicle as a college graduation gift for our grand the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We were searching for a reliable vehicle as a college graduation gift for our granddaughter and found the perfect match—a 2023 Honda Civic EX with one prior owner, no accidents, and exceptionally low mileage. Although the dealership is about two hours from our home on the Connecticut shoreline, the trip was absolutely worthwhile. The vehicle was exactly as described—immaculate and, save for 13K miles on the odometer, indistinguishable from new. More importantly, the entire team made what could have been a complicated out-of-state purchase remarkably simple. The process was efficient, transparent, and handled with professionalism throughout. We were able to complete the transaction and be on our way home within just a few hours. A special thank you to Didley, Brandon, and Michael in sales, along with managers Chris and Tate, for their outstanding service and fair pricing. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs made all the difference. They are even handling our Connecticut registration, saving us a trip to the DMV—an appreciated bonus. So I walked into the dealership and was greeted by an amazing receptionist named Alexa. I was there to see the branch manger Tiffany so Alexa went to tell her I was waiting. While waiting I was approached by a few salesman asking if I needed help however none of them left an impression or a genuine feeling that they wanted to help me. Except one and he was also the first salesman to come up to me his name is Brandon and he had an amazing energy about him and he actually gave me the feeling that he wasn't just going thru the motions of his job. He gave me the feeling that it was like ge was saying to me "i will do everything i can to get you a car, im not gonna cheat you, and im not gonna try and dupe you" all in a greeting. I told him I was waiting for Tiffany and he just plainly said "thats amazing Tiffany is an amazing manager" and just added that if I need anything that he would be happy to answer any questions I may have while I waited. No pressure no disappointment when I told him no he just gave positive reinforcement to another employee, which in that business is rare, and then went about his day. That left me with a great feeling that I was in the right place and I felt welcome. While waiting for Tiffany Alexa talked to me and kept me occupied so it didnt seem like I was waiting long and she made me feel like a person that mattered not just a number. Greatly appreciated that. Tiffany came down spoke to me briefly about what I needed I explained and she said ok let me get someone to help you. The only one I wanted to help was Brandon so I asked for him. Once working woth Brandon I sat down told him exactly what I needed and that there was no wiggle room. I was honest with him and he was straight up with me. I thought it would be impossible to get me into a car that day but Brandon made it happen. He even went as far as to follow me home to drop my mother's car off and brought me back to the dealership so I could drive home in my new car. I was floored by the extra mile Brandon went for me and juat how he was focused on me and only me when we were working together. It wouldn't have mattered to him if someone walked in with 100,00 in cash and said I need 5 cars make it happen he wouldn't have even flinched. He is a stand up salesman and that is almost impossible to find these days. So thank you Brandon you are greatly appreciated and I will be seeing you for my next car and any cars I get from now on. Thank you Alexa for being the great personality right when I walked in you as well are an asset to the dealership. And Tiffany thank you for have these 2 employees on your team. Absolutely the shadiest, most unethical and uncaring dealer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I'm 70 years old. From the very beginning, where they added in a $4000 PDSI fee after I ha dealer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I'm 70 years old. From the very beginning, where they added in a $4000 PDSI fee after I had already put down $2000 on a purchase agreement that said nothing about such a fee. To where they snuck in a phony $2000 fee for a service contract I did not agree to, and which turned out to be bogus. To the end, where a month after purchase and paying $400 for title/registration processing, I still have not received the title/registration, and the managers and my salesperson, Bill A, have ghosted me, avoiding my calls, and never returning them. I have open complaints with the NJ Motor Vehicle department, NJ Customer Fraud department, and NY Attorney Generals office. And after today, I will be forced to drive an unregistered vehicle. More

Please stay away from this dealer ! Will place the incorrect oil on your luxury car they sell you and lie to you in writing that they send their cars to their respective dealers for ser Will place the incorrect oil on your luxury car they sell you and lie to you in writing that they send their cars to their respective dealers for service and car fax does show the matinee they do. You ask for their service records do not show it. The most dishonest people in the world. I went to them as the bmw charging me money to correct their wrong oil and they have the of not reimbursing me back. Check engine light came on 24 hours I got the car. I had to take the car multiple times to bmw to find out they placed incorrect engine oil. They lie about almost everything. Take your business elsewhere More
