Dropped off with uncloseable trunk due to recalls. Oil change and security updates happened but no communication on the trunk issue. Came to pick it up with no update. I talked to Enriquez for over 30 minutes on getting a deal for a 2023 Sportage Hybrid. He was misleading and not listening well. I didn't like the lack of commitment to a price by the manager. The manager would say 'giving me a best price if I would go in' when I asked if he can meet my price. Enriquez cannot get the deal although a few times he said, "I would not loose a deal over price." Empty words, no substance. I would not recommend Roseville Kia. More
