I had no interaction with Justin. I don't know what he did for us. Overall, it was the worst car buying experience of my life. 7 hours over 2 days including 3 separate trips is unacce I don't know what he did for us. Overall, it was the worst car buying experience of my life. 7 hours over 2 days including 3 separate trips is unacceptable. If I didn't want the car, I would have cancelled the transaction midway through. I will NEVER recommend Kia Roseville and in fact, recommend they go to a different Kia dealership because operationally you have no respect for customers time. I was also an all cash buyer so there is absolutely no reason for it to have taken as long as it did. Something that should have been fun. And joyful was stressful and downright miserable. Cameron, our sales person did a great job. He was efficient and effective. This rating is a reflection on the people who had to complete the transaction. More
