This is our third car from this dealership and this time it was a surprise Valentine's Day gift for my husband. I told Gabrielle Smith, the sales person, what I was looking for months ago and asked her to it was a surprise Valentine's Day gift for my husband. I told Gabrielle Smith, the sales person, what I was looking for months ago and asked her to keep me posted on any used Prius that might come in. The car she showed me was just what I had in mind and she worked to make the deal happen. More importantly, Gabrielle went above and beyond the call of duty to make this a wonderful surprise for my husband, even going so far as to get Valentine's Day balloons (and risking a traffic ticket), a big red bow and a lovely sentiment written on the windshield. To top it all off, she and Mike, who did our financing, stayed late one evening, when my husband was out of town, to make sure all the paperwork was done and everything was in order for us to pick up the car on February 14th. And believe it or not, that evening, he was kept late at work in Albany. I was worried all our efforts would be in vain, but they waited, postponing their own celebrations! It was a lovely moment and a great surprise for my husband. Their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty makes me even more confident that Glens Falls Toyota will always be our dealership. As a matter of fact, Gabrielle has been our "saleswoman of choice" for years now. Her loyalty and kindness will keep us coming back to Glens Falls Toyota every time we are in the market for a new car. Here's to another 40 year, Howard Lebowitz, and well done! More

After bringing my 2003 Tundra in for the scheduled frame inspection per Toyota's recall I was told by Jim Stegman (the Service Manager) that the frame would need to be undercoated...but their equipment was inspection per Toyota's recall I was told by Jim Stegman (the Service Manager) that the frame would need to be undercoated...but their equipment was down at the moment. He explained he should be able to assist me in a month. I was a little concerned with their customer service when he said "if his department did not call me when the machine was fixed that I would need to call in about a month". Surprise, surprise, no call from Jim or his staff. So I called to schedule my appointment and request a loaner vehicle. This conversation was with Jim and was rather lengthy as a requested a truck as a loaner. He said "that they had only one on the lot and I was more than welcome to it if it was available but no guaranties". He did promise me a car at the least. Slightly dissatisfied with this I still scheduled my appointment for 12/27/12. After driving through the nasty weather (about 45min one way) I arrive at the dealership to be greeted by Jim stating "You are not looking to get a loaner are you". I will be the first to admit that I lost my cool with an arrogant Jim, but come on guys a phone call the day before to explain that I could not get a loaner because of the bad weather would have resolved this issue...and come on Jim like you don't have insurance on your loaner vehicles. I will not be doing business with this establishment and I don’t recommend their service department. More

Without doubt the most enjoyable new car buying experience ever. First time Toyota buyers and first time Glens Falls Toyota customers. Our sales representative, Bill Wattie Jr. is quite frankly the most oustanding automotive sales person we have ever dealt with. He was exceptionally informative and an especially good listener. He fully explained all the features of our new Venza and was equally informative with regards to the financial aspects of the new car buying process. Mr. Lebowitz also took the time from his busy schedule to call us and let us know that Glens Falls Toyota had located the exact car we were searching for and they were picking it up - all within 24 hours of visiting the dealership for the first time. We are convinced that the delivery of our new Venza is the beginning of a long standing relationship with Glens Falls Toyota.... these guys just got everything right... John and Sara Hogan More
On November 14, 2011, I had a 30,000 mile service and NYS on the 2009 Camry that I bought there last Nov. Two days later, I had another driver pull up next to me and tell me that my passanger side brake ligh on the 2009 Camry that I bought there last Nov. Two days later, I had another driver pull up next to me and tell me that my passanger side brake light was out. I tried to contact the service department to get that bulb changed as soon as possible, as I feel this is a safety issue, but they were on the other line and I was placed on hold, and told if it went to voice mail to press 0 to be transferred back to the office. It went to voice mail and I got transferred to the office and I explained the problem and the person advised since there was only one tech on tomorrow(Saturday) to bring it in Monday. I want to be clear that I believe the brake light was working until today and I am not disputing the work on Wednesday. The issue is that over the past couple years servic has been becoming harder and harder to get on the phone and I was hesitant to buy this car from Glens Falls Toyota because of it. I also was not able to contact service Wednesday to see if my car was ready, the office had to confirm that. I know service is busy and can't always answer and I have been told there are problems with the phone system, but everytime I try and call, I can't get through. That is the issue, not the quality of work or the service advisors. As for my brake light problem, I called Warren Tire and am taking my car there tommorow. I am disappointed in Glens Falls Toyota at this point and will probably have my car serviced somewhere else next time. I am editing my review because I have been emailed by the dealership and discussed the issues. Overall, I am happy with the service, unless it is something that I feel could be a safety issue and needs to be addressed quickly. More
