nyfiero and I exchanged a number of emails. I apologized for the reviewer's unhappiness and offered an oil and filter change for their trouble, which was declined. When we sent out the mailing, the letter said the estimated value is "depending on miles and condition". On the second page of the mailing, it stated "estimated Black Book market value is based off of clean vehicle condition and mileage. Equipment and condition of vehicle may affect vehicle value". Unfortunately the numbers for this particular vehicle were affected by mileage and condition.

The mailing had a hand written letter from the salesman saying they wanted my car. I have all service done at dealer so they know its millage and condition. The dealer has never sent me anything like this in the 5 years I've owned the car. They didn't even offer me enough for a poor condition car- witch mine is far from. I wasn't expecting top dollar either, just a fair trade in value. You used to be a no hassle dealership but now your just resorting to tricking with sneaky offers. I tried getting an explanation from Gabrielle when I was there and got a shrug of the shoulder. That is why I wrote this review. So yes, you can keep your oil change,
