Just purchased a Rav 4 from them. This is the 8th Toyota we have purchased from them. Guess that says a lot more than any words to show our satisfaction with the dealership plus Toyotas. We have been more than satisfied with all of the vehicles: Camry, Prius, Corolla, Sienna and now a Rav. We still own four of them and they are in great condition. Staff in sales as well as service are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure we don't have any questions or problems and, if we do, make sure it is taken care of to our satisfaction. Each time I purchase a new Toyota, it becomes the favorite one I've had so far. And their service department is exemplary. More
We have owned three sienna mini vans and wouldn't consider getting any other van. Glenn Racicot is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about the product and does his best to make his customer h consider getting any other van. The sales staff treats me with respect and the service staff led by Jim Stegman ( the best ) has always done top-notch work 4s from this dealership. I bought my new Toyota Prius from GF Toyota in 2008. It has been a very good car with no major issues. I've always had all maintenance done at the dealership. Recently I received a letter from the dealersh has been a very good car with no major issues. I've always had all maintenance done at the dealership. Recently I received a letter from the dealership saying they would like my vehicle on trade for a new one. The letter went on saying they were ready to offer me up to $12595 for my car and would do whatever it takes to get me into a new car at or below my current payment. It also said it was only for a few select GF Toyota customers. I went to KBB to see the trade in value of my car and the low to high value was $8000 to $11000. So I went to the dealer, presented her with the letter, witch she took and didn't give back. I didn't really think much about it, So I test drove a new Prius C and decided to sit down and make a deal. They offered me $6800 for my car! When I asked what the letter was all about she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. This is the first time I ever received any kind of letter like this from them so I took it as a genuine offer, but now I see they are just turning to B.S. offers to get you to the dealership to basically give them your trade. I'm really upset that they would do this and highly doubt I will ever deal with them again. More
Searched the internet and found the exact Toyota Sequoia we were looking for at Glens Falls Toyota. It was a 2012 with low mileage and a CPO. Price was very competitive. Since we were 4+ hrs away I con we were looking for at Glens Falls Toyota. It was a 2012 with low mileage and a CPO. Price was very competitive. Since we were 4+ hrs away I contacted the dealer to see if we could work out the details to make sure that there were no stumbling blocks before visiting. Howard and Glenn were very easy to work with and very reasonable with the negotiations. We finished 90% of the deal on line in about 3 days so when we visited we only had to look at the Sequoia and confirm it was as described (It was better) and they had to make sure my trade in was what I said (It was). We closed the deal and were out of the dealership in 1 hr. Easiest deal and nicest experience I have ever had buying a car. Since we finished the deal so fast we went downtown to wander a flea market and had a nice dinner at the brewery. We had a great time overall. Highly recommend Glens Falls Toyota and Howard and Glenn for online or in person car buying. More

I live in Brooklyn, NY and lost my 2010 Prius in Super Storm Sandy. I called 4 dealerships, 1 in Brooklyn, 1 on Long Island and 2 in the Saratoga Springs area, told them I wanted a 2012 Prius three in bl Storm Sandy. Glens Falls Toyota found my Prius and within a few days, Ms. Gabrielle Smith made all the arrangements for me to pick up my new car the day after Thanksgiving. So I drove my rental car up to Saratoga Springs for Thanksgiving with my brother's family and to pick up a new Prius. I have dealt with a Brooklyn Toyota dealership since 2006, servicing first my 2006 Camry and then my 2010 Prius. Maybe they were overwhelmed with the disaster we were experiencing, but at least have the courtesy to call back. Millennium Toyota of Long Island called back with a car but not as quickly as Glens Falls. Glens Falls Toyota was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Gabrielle spent an enormous amount of time explaining how to use the navigation, Entune and bluetooth systems. She followed up with phone calls to see how My new Prius and I were getting along. I only have one problem, Glens Falls Toyota is not on Brooklyn. I would prefer to have them service my vehicle. Thank you Gabrielle and Glens Falls Toyota for the great experience. More
