On November 14, 2011, I had a 30,000 mile service and NYS on the 2009 Camry that I bought there last Nov. Two days later, I had another driver pull up next to me and tell me that my passanger side brake ligh on the 2009 Camry that I bought there last Nov. Two days later, I had another driver pull up next to me and tell me that my passanger side brake light was out. I tried to contact the service department to get that bulb changed as soon as possible, as I feel this is a safety issue, but they were on the other line and I was placed on hold, and told if it went to voice mail to press 0 to be transferred back to the office. It went to voice mail and I got transferred to the office and I explained the problem and the person advised since there was only one tech on tomorrow(Saturday) to bring it in Monday. I want to be clear that I believe the brake light was working until today and I am not disputing the work on Wednesday. The issue is that over the past couple years servic has been becoming harder and harder to get on the phone and I was hesitant to buy this car from Glens Falls Toyota because of it. I also was not able to contact service Wednesday to see if my car was ready, the office had to confirm that. I know service is busy and can't always answer and I have been told there are problems with the phone system, but everytime I try and call, I can't get through. That is the issue, not the quality of work or the service advisors. As for my brake light problem, I called Warren Tire and am taking my car there tommorow. I am disappointed in Glens Falls Toyota at this point and will probably have my car serviced somewhere else next time. I am editing my review because I have been emailed by the dealership and discussed the issues. Overall, I am happy with the service, unless it is something that I feel could be a safety issue and needs to be addressed quickly. More
Our new Highlander is the third vehicle we have purchased from Glens Falls Toyota. (Our second vehicle from Bill Dockum) Bill Dockum was able to secure for us the vehicle we wanted within 48 hours. All of the paperwork was completed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and Bill went through all the steps with us and helped set up our bluetooth connection, as well as explaining all the other features on the vehicle. We are also extremely happy with the service department, especially Jim, who is always calm, courteous and customer friendly. More
Purchased a 6 month old Trak car Rav4 after wtrecking my 2008 which was serviced here. The 2012 Trak car was detailed perfectly, no cigarette traces. Bill willingly answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The vehicle that we tried out on our first visit was not available when we made up our minds to purchase from your dealership. This is my second experience with GF Toyota, and with Mr. Dockum. After my first lease, I expected no problems with the second, and was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I test-drove as much as I needed to. The salespeople were very knowledgeable about the details of each car. They conveyed the feeling that they wanted to accommodate me and provide what I needed. At delivery, the saleswoman, Gabrielle, went through the paperwork slowly and clearly and she showed me the details of the new car's features in detail. (Also, she set up the Bluetooth system in less than a minute!) After the sale, the dealer followed-up with letters and phone calls, to make sure everything was OK. More

While we waited, we were made to feel very comfortable and met Howard and some of the other salesmen, who were wonderful and friendly. I believe it was Paul who got us started until Colleen was available. Colleen was knowedgeable, efficient, very helpful, warm and friendly. We had a great experience at Glens Falls Toyota and I drove off in my beautiful new Camry! I would definitely recommend this dealership and its owner and employees to anyone!! More

Bill is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with: no high pressure or overly zealous sales pitches to make or close a sale, or attempts to sell me a car I do not want. With Bill, I received experienced and solid answers to all my questions, and a delightful presence and patience that made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions, go out for test drives, consider options, etc. And the rest of the staff is like that too: knowledgeable, personable and obviously committed to customer service and care. When I researched the price quoted for the new car I was interested in, I discovered that with a dealership rebate it was the best price in the area too. No wonder I see so many "Glens Falls Toyota" license frames on Toyota's on the I-87, I-90, I-80 and the Northway. More
