Purchased a 6 month old Trak car Rav4 after wtrecking my 2008 which was serviced here. The 2012 Trak car was detailed perfectly, no cigarette traces. With Bill, I received experienced and solid answers to all my questions, and a delightful presence and patience that made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions, go out for test drives, consider options, etc. And the rest of the staff is like that too: knowledgeable, personable and obviously committed to customer service and care. When I researched the price quoted for the new car I was interested in, I discovered that with a dealership rebate it was the best price in the area too. No wonder I see so many "Glens Falls Toyota" license frames on Toyota's on the I-87, I-90, I-80 and the Northway. More
