We knew what we wanted - something larger than my current 2012 Prius (which I loved for seven years) , and a hybrid, but somewhat larger to accommodate my husband's height and long legs. Caught Vinnie Pittelli coming back with his lunch on Monday. He immediately assisted us with a 2019 Camry, which I drove around the neighborhood. Being short, I had required several adjustments to seat position, mirror adjustments, head rest, etc. and he was very patient and answered all our questions. Tried another test drive with a smaller vehicle, but came back to the table to start the paper work on the Camry. Ben Fuller answered all our questions about leasing vs purchasing out right. Had to lift my block to allow for credit check and find our title for the Prius. I went to pick up my new car on Wednesday and caught Vinnie again with his lunch. Tina North helped with the final paper work. We went outside and Vinnie reviewed all the features (which I'm still learning) and I drove home over the mountain in my new Camry..We would highly recommend Glens Falls Toyota for a professional and considerate sales experience.
