Sales person, Molly Cravens, was very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. Was able to take both cars out by ourselves and really check them over. When having trouble deciding between the 2015 and 2016, Molly gave us the detailed sheets on both cars showing accessories and safety features to compare, told us to take one of the cars and have a relaxing lunch. The comparison made it easier to decide and the relaxed lunch kept the pressure off. I have never enjoyed buying a car, new or used, but this is the closest I have come. Negotiating was low key and fair. When we picked up the car, Molly worked with me to show all the electronic stuff and paired my phone with the car. She made it clear she is available for future questions. Throughout, the experience was good and I ended up with a car I am loving. If I lived closer, I would definitely use their dealership for service. More

I worked with Nicole Pafundi and had a great experience. She worked to accommodate my schedule which is not an easy task. She answered my questions well and made the process relatively easy. I even forgot to take out my EZpass from my previous car and made sure to call me to return it after she located it a few days later. I also worked with Ben Fuller in finance for the second time and had as great of an experience as I had 3 years ago. He does his best to get you all of the rebates and deals you are eligible for and makes sure the finance process is as easy to get through as it was choosing a car. More
