He brought me out to the truck, walked me around, then sent me on the test drive. I returned to the dealer with a smile on my face, and Joe knew i was going to be taking this truck home today. He was very helpful in every step from the first phone call down to the final signature. Glens Falls Toyota is about an hour from home, so i wanted to take delivery same day, and Joe saw no problem with that. He really stepped up and made sure every detail was taken care of with the utmost perfection. If and when I’m back in the market for a new or used Toyota, i will be returning to GFT for Joe Taylor.
