I initially only went to look at a 2017 Forte and was introduced to Eddie Torres as my sales representative. Randy the sales manager met me at the door and made the introduction. I liked the Forte but what I liked more was the fact that Eddie and Randy listened to what I wanted both in the vehicle and the price. They worked together to make sure that I got both. I've been to dealerships before that only hear what they want to hear. Romeo Kia was different constantly verifying their understanding of my needs and wants.
