We purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from you on July 5, 2023. Not even two days later was it towed back for a "death wobble". The service department said they fixed it by balancing the tires. On July 17, 2023 it was brought in again. Now the service department can't figure out the problem and they sent it to a Jeep dealer "down the road". Today is July 28, 2023 and I STILL don't have our car back. I text daily and leave messages and they sporadically call back with no further results. I am paying for a car that I don't even have in my possession. Very frustrated! More

Back in June of 2022 I was looking for a Suburban RST in dark metallic grey. I found Romeo Chevrolet which is located an hour away from me and was told they can work with me in looking for what I wanted. I met with Elise Benton at Romeo who did her best to find exactly what I was looking for but due to the market conditions at the time was unable to find the exact Suburban I wanted. Elise suggested the next best thing which was to build and order one to my specifications. With only a $100.00 deposit and no upcharges or made up market adjustment fees I was able to finally yesterday drive off with a 2023 Suburban RST built to my specifications and at an excellent price. Well worth the 13 month wait, Thanks to Elise our sales person who kept me updated during the process and worked with getting me what I wanted , both she and Mark the manager where very helpful and I would highly recommend them.
