It's also a pleasure to see a tight-knit team (I was going to say well-oiled) treat each with care, respect, and humor, especially around the holidays, and during a pandemic, to boot. Consumers have choices when it comes to where they purchase their vehicles. While I was just there to purchase a used car, you should not treat customers any different. You never know who is going to purchase their vehicles. While I was just there to purchase a used car, you should not treat customers any different. You never know who is going to be in the market to buy a new car soon. To list a used car, know someone is traveling 3 hours rt to purchase the car, and not even have it clean or inspected before arrival is not how I would do business. I get the car was only $4000.00, but I was ready to purchase and had cash in hand. I cant believe you have people do test drives in cars that are so filthy that you can get the plague just by looking at it. Some folks are worried about wearing masks, I would have traded my wallet for a full body suit and oxygen supply the car was so absolutely gross. If used cars mean so little to you, ya'll should just stick to the new ones! More

I've been taking my Mazda6 to Roger Beasley (Central) for over 2 years now, and the experience has been great Quality and Trustworthy Maintenance. I've been taking my Mazda6 to Roger Beasley (Central) for over 2 years now, and the experience has been great every time. My service advisor is usually Zach who explains what work is recommended, and the reasons why. They perform a full thorough check of the car as standard, take videos, text you with regular updates, provide you with a detailed report at check-out, and your CARFAX Car Care report is updated immediately so you don't have to put any extra effort in to keep records of regular service when the time comes to resell. I've not spent much time inside as always left my car and picked it up when it's ready, but it's recently been renovated and I do know they provide a free shuttle service, drinks, snacks, etc. For a branded dealership, they are still competitively priced for service work and I can trust that the techs know what they are doing. More

LANDRY went above and beyond to make this an easy process for her. He was able to find the perfect vehicle, it had everything she wanted and more. He also took the time to make sure she knew how all the tech worked and was comfortable using it. DOMINIC, thank you for giving her a GREAT deal with no back and forth headaches and coming out personally to say thank for our business. NICK, the finance manager made the signing process very fast yet took the time to go over any questions or concerns she had. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. They made me pay to fix their mistake Back in January, I went in here to get a full service done on my vehicle, including new brakes, a new battery, and repairs to the alternator. Aside from the fact that they had the resources to find an old invoice from 2019 but couldn't find it anyway (I had to provide it myself), there were no real issues. Then, a month later, I got my vehicle inspected and found out that there was a problem with my dashboard, most likely caused by the fact that my battery had been recently replaced. I returned here and the agent told me that they could fix it as long as I left my car with them for a few hours. I left it there and when I returned, I got my car back and the agent quoted me the price. I was a little confused, and pointed out that this issue with the dashboard didn't exist before they replaced my battery a month prior, and asked where the ethical justification was for them to break my car, and then charge me to get it fixed. Do you know what the agent said? She said, "We have to compensate our technicians." I started getting annoyed by this and asked her the question again, and she just gave me the exact same answer and then tried to change the subject. Of course, I couldn't refuse to pay them at this point because the work was already done, so I just paid and left. Yeah, these people are scammers. More
