Serviced my Mazda 3 and did some work on it, like some transmission flushes, alignment, 5K and a throttle body clean and my car drives GREAT! feels brand new! the service was fast and the tech sent a fant transmission flushes, alignment, 5K and a throttle body clean and my car drives GREAT! feels brand new! the service was fast and the tech sent a fantastic video! ( Olivia) she even let me know about a CV Boot going out and we were still able to cover it under warranty! So glad the service department keeps all of my records and that I service it regularly with them to make sure no items are missed. Awesome job! This dealership sets up service without any input from the client, which is unacceptable. They even set up an appointment when we were out of town. TLDR: used car had undisclosed problems ($1500-2000 to repair) my mechanic found, the dealership misled me before I came in about changing the price and the managers were rude as xxxx If you have any o repair) my mechanic found, the dealership misled me before I came in about changing the price and the managers were rude as xxxx If you have any other choice, dont go here I went to go check out a used 2002 Mazda B200, Max the sales guy was totally nice and very amicable. I had an independent mechanic go out there to check it out. They told me ahead of time theyd be willing to negotiate on price because the mechanic found undisclosed issues with the car, an undiagnosed oil leak and the AC not coming out of the front vents, as well as several other issues. My mechanic estimated probably about $1500-2000 that would need to be done the car right away. They said they didnt know about that and would be willing to talk about price. When I got there after a test drive, the price was unchanged and the manager came out and I was surprised but I think polite because I had been in essence told it would be a lower amount. Instead of saying I am sorry were not flexible and being polite he acted like a huge something I cant type or my review will get flagged. Other manager caught me as I was leaving and tried to convince me to stay also, and also acted like an *** hole. If youre cool with me leaving let me leave, if not act like a respectful decent person Look, Im sure youll sell the car dudes (again, not angry at Max hes cool) but in the process you sucked. Don't give your business to ****y people, shop somewhere else. More

Much as I dislike AI, I have to say, the service department's system is more "intelligent" than many others we encounter. Love my Mazda! Paul Ojeda is always calm, accommodating and honest as he sm department's system is more "intelligent" than many others we encounter. Love my Mazda!
