I bought a brand new car that Rodeo Ford said they would have to trade with another dealership to get one I wanted as it was not in their stock. Instead of driving away with a new car that day, I waited almost a week. They failed to call to tell me when my car would be ready to come get. A simple phone call would have been fine each day I was promised the car would be ready to pick up. Instead, I had to call to get status updates and find out each day because there were many errors on their part that it was not ready. The salesman told me that he would personally drop off the car at my house - which he did not follow through with. I was not even able to test drive the car I was buying. I test drove a base model (which is not what I was buying). Then, when I came in to sign the final paperwork they told me their salesman made a mistake and double counted one of the the rebates so the car was going to be $500 more. I was shocked by the "extra" five hundred dollars that was a mistake I would have to pay for. Signing the final paperwork took longer than expected (over an hour) because of this error and on top of all this I drove away without a full tank of gas. Our salesman was not there to go over the final inspection of the car with us. Needless to say this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth for Rodeo Ford. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Mike Kemper at Rodeo Ford was great to work with, he had to do a lot of extra work like emailing additional pictures, and a lot of other stuff because we were buying from 6 hrs away and we needed a lot of i to do a lot of extra work like emailing additional pictures, and a lot of other stuff because we were buying from 6 hrs away and we needed a lot of info before we were willing to drive so far to check out the vehicle.
