I have never dealt with a more down to earth and professional salesman in such a long time! I have been buying cars for a while now and have run into many type of salesman but never one that is so n professional salesman in such a long time! First, I would like to say that this was the best purchasing experience in 17 years of buying cars. I searched for my truck and found it on RodeoFordAZ.com website, called in and spoke to Justin. He basically worked out the numbers on my truck over the phone and when I arrived at Rodeo Ford, what we discussed on the phone is what was on paper. Justin kept his word. It took about 30 minutes or so to get all of the paperwork finished, and after that it was another 30 minutes to get trained up on all of the technology that came with the truck. Sam helped with this and now I know it like the back of my hand. Sean, who did my financing paperwork, put together a warranty plan that made sense to me and was more informative than pushy. Marty and Justin did an excellent job following up with me to make sure that every question that I had was answered. I have referred my Aunt and a co-worker to Justin and he has treated them with the same respect that he gave me. Justin even sent me a hand written "Thank You" card, thats class. AB More
I bought my first Truck from Rodeo Ford in June of 2010, everyone at the dealership was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Since then I have never once hesitated to call or stop in to the dealership with everyone at the dealership was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Rodeo Fords service department is the only shop that works on my truck. More

We went just for a test drive and drove away with a slightly owned (8K) Fusion Hybrid! We were impressed with Justin Lyons and his up front deal with us. All I can say is only buy your car during banking hours-never on the weekend nor at night. Bought a new car-saleman it's yours at 14% interest. Got your payments close to what I wanted. Oh yeah going to give you all 5 fives because you told me it was mine. Should have listened to my girlfriend. She said the car is not yours until the bank says so. She even asked the salesman "Is the car his?", "Yes it's his!", "Did the bank say it was his?", "Yes it's his!". Signed the paperwork-sign here don't read but sign. Shame on me for not reading. This was Saturday. Numberous calls and four trips back for this paperwork, needing this and that clarification for the bank. Finally revised contract at 19% keeping payment close to what was agreed. Bank calls me following Thursday, "Hey you didn't know you got the extended warranty", told them I didn't want it. Back at the dealership once again. Reviewed first and final contract. Hey I told you, Hey you signed it. But hey I paid money for alarm that I push a button on the dash! No you have key pad. No I don't. Paying for an alarm system that was not even installed--waited 2 hrs. This whole ordeal sucked time out of my life that I will never get back. Rule 1 read every detail. Rule 2 it is not yours tell the bank tells you. Icing on cake was told saleman is an idiot when I told finance guy salesman told me it was mine on Saturday. More
I want to "THANK" Ruben, Andrew, Edson and Peter for the EXCELLANT service I received on 3/24/11. All of them went over and beyond to help me out. They understood exactly what I wanted and continued forward to help me get it. I was worried about the "trade-in" with negative equity but Peter did a superb job in handling it. Ruben, Andrew and Edson knew my concerns about the exact vehicle I wanted and helped me find that vehicle. I was equally impressed with their concern about my worries of a "high" payment, but Ruben worked out a GREAT DEAL for me. His explanation of this helped me calm my fears and he made alot of sense. It was a GREAT PLEASURE and GREAT EXPERIENCE working with "Rodeo Ford". Everyone who works there are very-friendly and helpful and should be commended!
