I have rated Rodeo Ford so highly because the 1st class treatment I recieved from Justin and David. They truly try to make it fun, no pressure and straight up. I bought a brand new car that Rodeo Ford said they would have to trade with another dealership to get one I wanted as it was not in their stock. Instead of driving away with a new car that day, I waited almost a week. They failed to call to tell me when my car would be ready to come get. A simple phone call would have been fine each day I was promised the car would be ready to pick up. Instead, I had to call to get status updates and find out each day because there were many errors on their part that it was not ready. The salesman told me that he would personally drop off the car at my house - which he did not follow through with. I was not even able to test drive the car I was buying. I test drove a base model (which is not what I was buying). Then, when I came in to sign the final paperwork they told me their salesman made a mistake and double counted one of the the rebates so the car was going to be $500 more. I was shocked by the "extra" five hundred dollars that was a mistake I would have to pay for. Signing the final paperwork took longer than expected (over an hour) because of this error and on top of all this I drove away without a full tank of gas. Our salesman was not there to go over the final inspection of the car with us. Needless to say this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth for Rodeo Ford. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Mike Kemper at Rodeo Ford was great to work with, he had to do a lot of extra work like emailing additional pictures, and a lot of other stuff because we were buying from 6 hrs away and we needed a lot of i to do a lot of extra work like emailing additional pictures, and a lot of other stuff because we were buying from 6 hrs away and we needed a lot of info before we were willing to drive so far to check out the vehicle. I have never dealt with a more down to earth and professional salesman in such a long time! I have been buying cars for a while now and have run into many type of salesman but never one that is so n professional salesman in such a long time! First, I would like to say that this was the best purchasing experience in 17 years of buying cars. I searched for my truck and found it on RodeoFordAZ.com website, called in and spoke to Justin. He basically worked out the numbers on my truck over the phone and when I arrived at Rodeo Ford, what we discussed on the phone is what was on paper. Justin kept his word. It took about 30 minutes or so to get all of the paperwork finished, and after that it was another 30 minutes to get trained up on all of the technology that came with the truck. Sam helped with this and now I know it like the back of my hand. Sean, who did my financing paperwork, put together a warranty plan that made sense to me and was more informative than pushy. Marty and Justin did an excellent job following up with me to make sure that every question that I had was answered. I have referred my Aunt and a co-worker to Justin and he has treated them with the same respect that he gave me. Justin even sent me a hand written "Thank You" card, thats class. AB More
I bought my first Truck from Rodeo Ford in June of 2010, everyone at the dealership was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Since then I have never once hesitated to call or stop in to the dealership with everyone at the dealership was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Since then I have never once hesitated to call or stop in to the dealership with a question or concern. There service department is also accomidating and fast with there service. Rodeo Fords service department is the only shop that works on my truck. More
