Poor service Bought a new 2013 Ford Edge from Rodeo. Last month, the sun roof on the vehicle went out. Had purchased the extended warranty coverage and took the ve Bought a new 2013 Ford Edge from Rodeo. Last month, the sun roof on the vehicle went out. Had purchased the extended warranty coverage and took the vehicle in for repair. Instead of getting it done, they had the vehicle over a week saying Ford was giving them a hard time for approval of the repair. Once it was done, when we went to get the vehicle, we noticed a large gap on both sides of the head liner. When I pointed this out to my service adviser Mike Ryan, he said he'd take care of it. Called me the next day and when I went in, the liner was not repaired. Mike said there was nothing they could do short of getting a full headliner replacement which they were not willing to do saying it might not set right anyway. Service Manager Darren agreed. Called the dealership and sent email to complain with no return calls. Very surprised at the lack of concern. WIll have to find another Ford dealership to deal with this and other future issues. Looking for a Ford, go somewhere else. More

A+ dealership experience. I was recently in the market for a Focus ST. I have purchased 2 vehicles previously from Sanderson Ford, but this recent time, my best friend referred I was recently in the market for a Focus ST. I have purchased 2 vehicles previously from Sanderson Ford, but this recent time, my best friend referred me to Rodeo Ford, specifically David Garcia, one of the Sales Managers. I decided to run to the dealership and speak with David. First of all, upon arriving at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by a salesman, Scott Griffith. Not in the typical way you expect from a typical dealer, but in a very professional, personable, and courteous manner. He found David for me, and David assured me Scott would be able to help me out, and we will talk numbers when the time comes. Scott was nothing short of amazingly courteous, prompt, and attentive. He appraised my trade in, and he showed me the car I was interested in, a black on black Focus ST. I drove the car with him, and he was very knowledgeable about the car, but once he realized I knew what I was buying and what options I wanted, he didn’t try to tell me about stuff that didn’t matter or that I already knew about. He was genuinely a good guy you can talk cars with, and didn’t make me feel pressured at any time. After the test drive, we went back to speak with David, and between him and his General Manager Alex Medina, the excellent experience at Rodeo Ford continued. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade and an amazing deal on the new ride. There was no sales tactics to get me into something I didn’t want and there was no annoying back and forth fighting over $2 in a payment. They put their best foot forward, and I can not express enough how refreshing it was to deal with a car dealership in this manner. They have the model on how every dealership should conduct themselves, both over the phone, and in person. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying the car they had on the lot due to the fact it did not have all the options I wanted, and it was a 2015 model. David and Scott informed me they could get me a different color with the options I wanted, but they knew I was partial to black and did not push the issue, and were very understanding. I implore and urge anyone that is in the market for any Ford, please go see these guys. They will not mistreat you and you will have a fresh new take on how great it can be to deal with a dealership. I may not have bought my car from them, and I would have if it had the right options, but I will drive 20 miles out of my way to buy parts from them and get my vehicle serviced there, that is how great they are. Go there, you will not regret it. More

PROFESSIONALISM!!! Go see TY Crews I had a phenomenal experience. I purchased a 2015 Flex from Rodeo Ford. He asked me very specific questions about my trade in and what kind of car I was looking for and what type of payment range I was looking to stay in. He then found me the PERFECT car and gave me great options for my financing. Working with Tony made the whole process of purchasing my car extremely easy. It felt as if I didn't have to do anything but give my approval. Could not be more satisfied with my experience at Rodeo Ford. Will absolutely be returning and referring friends and family to this location and to Tony. Thank you very much!!! More

Girl (not Morgan) answering phone rang service dept and no answer. She came back on and asked me for name of service person and I explained I had no one and no name. I then complained about no callback and she rudely informed me "They're really busy". I then told her "Thank you, I will go elsewhere." Never did get the call from their service dept.
