What I liked about Rodeo is that their inventory is stacked! Big selection of super duties in diesel! I already had financing with credit union... they had the model I wanted ... they met my price & everything went very quickly! I commend the salesperson too..a girl named Laurie!! She wasn't bumping into me yapping in my ear like most ... but very professional with any questions & making sure I was happy!! Two thumbs up from me! More

Not "good business sense." I would recommend staying away from this dealership. The short version: they didn't hold up their side of the business deal on my lease trade-in o I would recommend staying away from this dealership. The short version: they didn't hold up their side of the business deal on my lease trade-in or deliver on the promises they made for promotional and complimentary gifts. Long version for those of you seriously thinking about buying a vehicle from this establishment: Upon trading in my leased vehicle, the deal was that Rodeo would pay off the remainder of my lease balance since I was trading in a few months early. They were offering TVs as a promotional gift for buying at that time. When I asked about the TV, I was immediately told they didn't have them in stock (without checking inventory) and was instead offered one year of free oil changes. Fast forward two months, they sent me a check for my lease trade-in balance but the check was short the total balance due to Ford Credit. I also hadn't received the oil changes. When I called and asked about these things, they mentioned that Ford would be sending me a survey and promised that the check and the oil changes were in the mail. I filled out the survey honestly, listing the troubles I had had with them so far. When Rodeo received my survey, Charlie called me and asked how to rectify my negative survey. I politely told him I just wanted what I was promised and be done. He asked that I fill out a second survey, offering two years of free oil changes and stated everything would be taken care of. I told him that I certainly would fill out a second survey but only once I received the check and oil changes. For weeks, I had to call and text Charlie asking where the items were and was repeatedly told they were in the mail. I bought my car on New Year's Eve. I just got off the phone with Rodeo (today is May 7). I still have not received the check or the oil changes. I called and spoke with Brody, who stated he would look into everything. He just called me back and let me know that due to my initial negative survey, they were fined by Ford and now it doesn't make "good business sense" to send the promised the oil changes. I don't think it's good "business sense" to make promises to customers that you can't or don't intend to keep. So bottom line: "good" surveys are the only thing Rodeo Ford is interested in. And I'm not interested in doing business with anyone that doesn't have the principles to follow through with promises they offer up. Let the record show that I am not interested in oil changes or TVs, but more about holding people accountable. More

Excellent Came in to Rodeo Ford and was greeted by Daniel Valencia. I initially went just to look at the Ford Focus because my daughter needed a commuter. Since Came in to Rodeo Ford and was greeted by Daniel Valencia. I initially went just to look at the Ford Focus because my daughter needed a commuter. Since Daniel had so much hospitality and customer service I decided to end my search that day and buy it from Daniel and Rodeo Ford! They were excellent (and of course they gave me a great deal). When I was done with the purchase the GM (Alex) personally came and thanked me for coming in. All around great experience! Thank you Daniel and Rodeo Ford. More
