I contacted the dealership by internet friday morning, got a call back from Aimee Deen very quickly, set an appointment time (we were a bit late), she greeted us personally, handed us over JP Ha and we drove out about 3 hours later with a higher end truck but at exactly the same price we expected to spend when we walked in. We didn't see a customer or salesperson with anything less than a smile on their face the entire time we were there, I attribute that in large part to a management team that must place customer service at the highest priority. They don't know it yet but they've already sold me my next Ford... someday...down the line.... More
