got our paint protector done and the car looked great only thing not perfect is they did not call when the car was done. car was very clean and paint looks great. I contacted the dealership by internet friday morning, got a call back from Aimee Deen very quickly, set an appointment time (we were a bit late), she greeted us personally, handed us over JP Ha and we drove out about 3 hours later with a higher end truck but at exactly the same price we expected to spend when we walked in. We didn't see a customer or salesperson with anything less than a smile on their face the entire time we were there, I attribute that in large part to a management team that must place customer service at the highest priority. They don't know it yet but they've already sold me my next Ford... someday...down the line.... More
