Missing For three years running I brought my explorer into be serviced, and about 99% of the time everything was great. Just one time I had a thief of two 40 cal with ammo clips taken out of my consaul. I was to be repaid about 80 some dollars for the loss. I never got a check or the merchandise replaced. More

Exceeded expectations for resolving a problem.
