Be careful when you are cancelling your extended warranty and do not trust a word coming out of Nicole's mouth....straight white lie. I bought a used 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback car from Rockland Nissan i and do not trust a word coming out of Nicole's mouth....straight white lie. I bought a used 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback car from Rockland Nissan in Sep 2011 - salesman was Freddie. In Nov 2011 a new model (2012 Nissan versa hatchback) was introduced by Nissan and since we bought the used car in Sep we decided to trade our old car with this new one. We did that and was financed via NMAC. The extended warranty that I took on this old car (2008 Versa) had to be cancelled. At that time I was dealing with German from finance, he submitted my paperwork Nov end or Dec first week of 2011. I kept following up with German but nothing happened. Then German left and Nicole who is the CSR became my contact somewhere around May. She did not have a clue of my case neither did she bother to get all the paperwork from German or anybody else in finance (they do not know where my paperwork is - was her answer). So I digged out the sales receipts and invoice from the dealer and sent her a scanned copy. On June 19,2012 she filed that with Nissan. I keep following up with her every week without fail and her standard answer - we are at Nissan's mercy. Today (08/15) I called up Nissan and gave them my VIN details and they mentioned that on June 20, 2012 they rejected the paperwork because it was not correctly filed - Nicole has no clue about this and she keeps telling me that Nissan is processing my refund (perhaps living in a different planet I guess). I gave her all the details (the rep I spoke to at Nissan and his direct #). Then she works out her magic again and says the paperwork is filed now and she has everything under control. I am still waiting for the refund of more than 2K for my extended warranty. Its Aug 15, 2012 today and soon I am reaching one year anniversary for my new car (Nov). Please do not fall prey to their tactics. There is zero customer service and the customer has to work to get his money back. More

I will not recommend your dealer to anybody in rockland county. This is for Mr. O'keefe (GM). I think you should focus a little more in a customer service training for your staff. One more think for buyers, I learn this hard way. If you are financial your car with the dealer (by the way this was the stipulacion from the financial dpt. to able to get great price ?) be sure to ask to how many financial institutions they are sending your credit.No more of (3) should be enough and no hurt your credit score.Finally, Mr.Freedie; SIR_Yes.we purchase the car from Bill K 1/2 later after we left your dealer.
