Luis Olivier showed me a few car models on the lot, narrowed down the model and trim and then delivered on the terms in the ad. no haggling, no long negotiations. In addition, the paperwork and insurance binders were taken car by him in a very fast manner. in 2 hours traded in my car, had my insurance, and closed out financing and drove off the lot w/ my new car... Finance processed the contract. no pressure to up-sell like extended warrantees, etc. i bought 2 other cars in 2022 and those dealers and finance people spent hrs trying to up-sell....not hyundai rockland. they were fair and honest in the sales and finance department. from a service department the car is new so we will have to wait but that is no reflection on Luis Jr and Luis Sr. More

LT (Luis Tejada) our salesman was exceptional! I live by the Sy Sym's mantra that "an educated consumer is our best customer." This was our first experience with Rockland Hyundai and the Hyundai brand, and everyone should stop by and visit LT before making your final decision! LT and Rockland Hyundai got us into the car we desired within our budget, and were very transparent, open, honest, and worked with us to make this "deal happen." We visited LT on two separate occasions, and on the second visit, as promised, the car we were interested in, was moved into the showroom from their lot, so my wife and I could review it, and discuss the final "deal details." All paperwork was prepared for us to review in advance of our second visit, and signing the lease was effortless and everything was in order and matched all assurances LT and Rockland gave us. This was the most positive car buying experience we have ever had! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to getting the car I wanted, a 2022 Sonata Hybrid Limited! Love the car. LT was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many. Highly recommend Rockland Hyundai, and the Sonata Hybrid, which so far is averaging 47 miles/gallon. I do have my eye on an Ioniq 5 a little down the road. Very impressed with what Hyundai has been doing, and their future plans. More

Negotiations were done over the phone it was just a matter of color. Let’s just say that was the fastest and most efficient way I had ever bought a car.
