This dealership I can’t even start to describe how unprofessional the receptionist is, the sales team and the sales managers are. I have called 78 times to get my money back that they essentially at t unprofessional the receptionist is, the sales team and the sales managers are. I have called 78 times to get my money back that they essentially at this point stole from me. I went in to buy a car and left a deposit, they didn’t call me back for 2 weeks. I ended up buying a beautiful 2021 Ford Fusion titanium and have been asking for my money back from this rockaway Nissan dealership for several weeks now. Does anyone have a suggestion on who to go to now in regards to get my money back from These crooks, the general sales manager and the general manager have yet to respond to my emails. Prob the worst car buying experience. Salesman Thomas was very nice. But thats it for the good. Bought a 2018 cpo pathfinder. Great car. Me and my family have only had nissans since 2005 until 2020. Asked fo very nice. But thats it for the good. Bought a 2018 cpo pathfinder. Great car. Me and my family have only had nissans since 2005 until 2020. Asked for a spare key and was denied. With the reason being "our policy doesn't say we have to give another key " Asked for my cpo checklist numerous time. Have yet to recieve it. Been about 3 weeks. Been hung up on. Promised to be called back. Never called back. Nissan north america is involved and sent me the actual cpo list that states 2 keys minimum are to be given. Also never recieved service history or went over the car with a trained technician. Car had a chip in the windshield which they repaired after the purchase Not b4 being sold. They have def lost on 2 more potential sales within the family, as my mother in law and sister in law, have leases that expire in September 2020. Trying to work it out with my goldstein but nothing so far so Legal actions have started, and couldve been avoided if only a spare key was given. Now I will point out every tiny mistake they made. Take my car in for service, was suppose to get brake pads and rotors replaced, they said they did the work trusted them and turns out the rotors have never been touched and some cheap break pads were put on. and rotors replaced, they said they did the work trusted them and turns out the rotors have never been touched and some cheap break pads were put on. Would not recommend this place at all. After promising free oil changes, all of a sudden the next month that service is discontinued, even called a representative and still yet to receive a call back a hour later, they talk a good game but putting them to shame, once again I do not recommend this place there are better more trusting Nissan dealerships you can go too. Disappointed My husband and I have been loyal customers doing business with Rockaway Nissan for years. In 2019 we were in need for another car. Of course we went t My husband and I have been loyal customers doing business with Rockaway Nissan for years. In 2019 we were in need for another car. Of course we went to the place that we had used to purchase all our cars and our children cars. December of 2019 my husband financed a 2014 Nissan Murano. The used car was not in the best shape . Scratched side doors and all. But the car was able to get us to work and home. When my husband got the car he was told to keep the car for a year and make your payments on time. Bring it back in a year and we will get you into something better. So that is what we did. We return a year later and was told we needed a co signer and they didn’t want the car back. We owe 26000 thousand on the car a year later and the car is only worth maybe 7000. And to add more to it the transmission went out on the car and Nissan is asking almost 7000 to fix it. This is now such a hardship on top of that lies we were told. Hope Nissan of Rockaway pays for this . We are out of a car and forced to rent a car. I am so disgusted and disappointed. More
