Horrible dealership. Put deposit on a 2016 Mercedes Benz G wagon and it was sold to another customer and I was not informed that it had been sold. Sales consultant Ryan Miller did not respond to me when I kept inquiring about the status of the financing. He blamed everything on the finance manager. Very poor experience. Jeff lied to me and my over and over. They sold me a 2020 Maxima with bumper and hail damage. The worst part was the nightmare Jeff, told me one price but Ken Cooper told me that my credit was bad and the bank was charging me 3500 dollars, I said tohim i never heard of this. That was exactly the amount they added to the car price what is so funny is the car is not in my name. They robbed me and my 77 year old dad Ken am not letting this go. I want my money back. Jeff is their best sales guy to get them a class action. More

The first person that you get when you call sets the tone for the business. If they put you on hold, (on hold for ten minutes and still counting,), They should come back and see if I am still alive....anyway for the business.
