They just don't understand customer service I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concer I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concerned about chatting with each other than even talking with me. I ended up leasing from a dealer 40 miles away who was more than happy to help me. I was told at the time that I could return the lease to any dealer, as well as told this by Chrysler Capital. I went to turn my lease in today and was turned away and pretty much said because I was not their customer that they could not accept my lease and I would need to drive it 40 miles back to the dealer I got it from. I have never had a dealer turn me away for a lease return and have never heard of such a thing. I don't think they understand that even though I was not their returning customer that I could have been a future customer, now after two bad experiences I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this dealer that does not understand how important it is to take care of peoples needs in any shape or form. More

ITS A LEASE, UNDER WARRANTY!! Why would I pay to repair a defect on a lease?? Frustrated I wasted my time taking it there. Only reason I care to get it fixed is because the remote start will not work when the check engine light is on. More

Now here it is 20 months later I only put 15000 miles on the car and when I went to turn it for my dream car they now said the car has been in an accident prior to my purchase and the vehicle is worth less than half what I paid them for it. I'm usually pretty good judge of character but I was definitely misled by them into believing that I was getting a premium product and paid a premium price only to find out it was just a hustle to make money. I WILL NEVER TO BE BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! and I would NOT advise any one else to do business with them either!!!!!!!!! More

Whine after 25 mph Paid $75 for service to tell me whine when going over 25 mph was left rear bearing. Paid to over $300 to have left rear wheel bearing replaced. Took it back in, and they said it was the right rear wheel bearing and the tires. I declined because I felt they were guessing. No one even checked to see the noise was fixed the first time. They took no ownership of the problem not being addressed the first time and that they appear to be guessing about what is going to fix my vehicle. More

Because of people like Gary Sizemore and Buzz Jackson at Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge who are full of crap and do NOT know how to deal with loy Because of people like Gary Sizemore and Buzz Jackson at Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge who are full of crap and do NOT know how to deal with loyal customers, I am being forced to pay extra money out of my pocket and take a credit score hit for their dishonesty and mistakes. After I returned a lease vehicle and agreed on a new one with an understanding that they would cover the remaining cost and fees on returned lease, I still received a notification for final return lease bill. They said not to worry about it because their paperwork was still catching up and that I’d only needed to be responsible for the new lease payments. 5 months later, I had received another 2nd notification that the final return lease bill was still unpaid and immediately contacted the dealer again. Now they’re telling me that “it was an honest mistake and there’s not much they can do because there’s nothing in writing”. I have leased multiple vehicles from this dealership and never once seen a return for new lease deal in writing. This is unacceptable and bad business ethics. I will no longer go to this dealership for anything and warn others to stay away. More

Made a 7:30 appointment 2.5 weeks ago to get my power door fixed on a T and C and an oil change, no one calls me the part was available and wants to leave it overnight for an oil change. Almost 2-weeks go by and no one calls me, however, oil is leaking over my new driveway. Call and make an appointment for the oil leak and ask about the part, no one knows, so I make a 7:30 appointment for yesterday. I get a call at 5:15 telling me the part just came in and they fixed the oil filter housing...I have to keep it overnight so they can get to it first thing. I call them at 10:30 to ask what time I could pick it up. Oh guess what?? Steve tells me the parts van just showed up and it wont be ready until at least 3. I will not recommend this dealership, nor will I purchase a new car from them when my lease is up. I contacted the dealership to speak to a manger yesterday but still no call. More
