Terrible Entered the lot to see what they had and found a minivan we really liked. There were some deep scratches in the paint, but I decided to test drive anyway. When I pulled out of the lot, I realized the gas tank was empty so I couldn't go far. I made an offer but the salesman told me he wouldn't budge on the price, maybe a couple hundred. I told him I would pay cash and could take off the lot immediately and he told me its to his benefit for me to finance because he'll make more money. I then asked him to value my minivan for trade and he came in much lower then KBB. A couple weeks later, we ended up purchasing from a different dealership. We paid a little more for a newer model with the same options, but the vehicle was in much better condition. I'm happy to note that the minivan in Rochester is still for sale on their lot and they have now lowered the price. More

I was in and out with a brand new car within a day (needed to get insurance for the car or it would have been the same day!) These men are knowledgeable and understanding! I've recommended everyone I know to them! Their customer service skills aren't impeccable!! I appreciate all your help, boys! More

AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Only rated one star because I had to! Worst experience buying a car!!!!!! I was buying a new jeep, the sales person told me they could get a good deal. Then I get there and it sold.... The one they had was a "1000 dollars" more, and the figure they originally quoted was with other discounts that I did not qualify for, for example employee discount, and capital Chrysler discount. I was given a price, and it ended up being around $3500 more. During my terrible experience, the sales person kept leaving and would not come back for long periods of time, was doing numerous deals at a time. I personally believe that quality of service should go above quantity! I actually left. I only came back because I was injured in an accident and it was hard for me to look for a car, and I had very limited time. Also the car rental place was next door. Truly that person did not deserve my business or my money!!!! When I was signing papers, the sales person was on his phone texting and hardly even made eye contact, he acted like he could not wait for the sale to be done! He lacked people skills, and really had no idea what he was doing! He made sure to tell me to rate him all 10s on his survey... Because HE gets 50 dollars!!!! Maybe if you ACTUALLY deserved a good score I would... But it was an absolute terrible experience!!!!!! More

Lots of calls, then finally good service I received a recall notice and called to schedule service. I was told the parts wouldn't be in until the following week, so I made an appt for 2 weeks I received a recall notice and called to schedule service. I was told the parts wouldn't be in until the following week, so I made an appt for 2 weeks out which Steve said should would be fine. I called the day before my appt and Steve asked if someone ordered the part for me, so I reiterated our earlier conversation. He said there were no parts in, but checked and saw one on order for me. Said it would be in next week and that they would call. No call. I contacted them 2 weeks later and the part was in. The actual service was done with no issues, but getting to that point took a lot of effort from me with no help from the dealer. More
