Great Experience I found the pickup that I was looking for in their inventory. This was my first experience with this dealership and I drove 70 miles to buy this truck I found the pickup that I was looking for in their inventory. Replacing tire I was told on a Thursday afternoon while picking up my ford fusion the I needed a new tire. We made the appt for that next Monday @ 8:00. I was going I was told on a Thursday afternoon while picking up my ford fusion the I needed a new tire. We made the appt for that next Monday @ 8:00. I was going to wait since it wouldn’t take long. I ended up leaving it at 8:00. I called around noon and the service man told they didn’t have the tire and that it would be at the shop around 3. Sometime around 4-4:30 they told my husband they might not get it replaced that day. Then they called to till my the tire had been delivered and be there at 5 minutes till 6. I’m just not sure why there was not a tire when they told me there was. This was not at all how I wanted to spend my day off work. More
