One member of the staff was very rudely argumentative. AWFUL EXPERIENCE Somehow their system lost my appointment. Although I received many reminders, they apparently didn't. The manager was upset by this as though it was my fault and questioned me multiple times as if I was lying. She kept talking down to me repeatedly throughout the day. I KNOW that my tire is leaking whether they could find it or not. I have to add air at least twice a week. She also told me she was going to replace the brakes, got my okay and gave me the price, then was argumentative once more after they did not get replaced, insisting that even if my appointment I scheduled weeks in advance had shown up in their system that they would not have ordered the parts for me, even though the last time I was there, they told me I would need them and my reminder from them said I would. I refuse to believe that you have to schedule two separate appointments in order to have your brakes replaced. From the moment I said that I had an appointment when I walked in at 5 til 11 am until I left around 4:30 pm, she was intent on arguing and denying me what I needed. I had to take a full vacation day, scheduling this weeks in advance, I have reminder texts dating back to October 29th, and now I have to take another day and find a new shop, because I am never coming back. I have never had any issues with any other staff before, but she was so incredibly unpleasant to deal with that they have definitely lost my business. More

I brought my van in for service. They did a diagnosis and found nothing charge $125.00. Ran 2nd diagnosis $125.00 fixed NOTHING $250.00. Wanted to order a part and repair another $200.00. One week later,they found nothing charge $125.00. Ran 2nd diagnosis $125.00 fixed NOTHING $250.00. Wanted to order a part and repair another $200.00. One week later,they still have not called to tell me part is in. I have found someone else to do the job! $175.00diagnosis,part,repair 24 hours done. I have purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle. This experience cost me $250.00 plus towing .and nothing was done. I am very unsatisfied. More
