Great Customer Service and In and Out Quickly! Let me start off by giving kudos to our salesperson JaQuail Townser. We bought a precertified Ford F-150 from the dealership today. We had Identified the vehicle through our credit union and True Car. I sent an email about interest in the vehicle and my husband got a call back from JaQuail, who set up an appointment for him. JaQuail called my husband an hour before our appointment this AM to confirm, and to say the vehicle would be right at the front and ready for his inspection. When we got there, it was just as he said. It was hands down the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. JaQuail is on his game! He was knowledgeable and efficient. We liked the vehicle and were in and out in a couple of hours. All the staff were friendly, acknowledged us, and catered to our comfort. The things you hope for when your dropping a huge dime for a vehicle. After the purchase was complete JaQuail sat in the vehicle and explained all the key features we needed to know (accessing your lights, wipers, heating/cooling, etc.) He even set up my husband’s phone for the hands free capability. Our last car purchase at Honda West County in St. Louis, MO was a nightmare. I highly recommend the dealership, and again, ask for JaQuail! More

Just had my clutch repaired on my 2017 Ford Focus for the 2nd time. A few days later, I get a “Transmission Hot Wait 5 mins” warning.
