They couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant to work with and find the right car for us. They went beyond what I would have ever expected spending time with us without any sense of being rushed or becoming impatient as we looked at car after car. I highly recommend them! More

Roadshow fails to listen to women owners We have been to road show BMW a few times since moving to Memphis, all of the experiences have been subpar. My family has been BMW owner for the last 12 years, but due to the treatment of my family by this dealership we will never buy a vehicle from roadshow or perhaps even from BMWat all. Our most resent visit was the worst. We scheduled the visit for HVAC problems and battery drain alert on our vehicle. 5K and three weeks later we got our BMW back. We had heat back but ac still didn’t work and the battery drain alert was still there, but now the back up cam would not work. We questioned the service manager ( AJ) and got a half hearted reply that they had check it out and all was fine. We ended rescheduling it to go back to roadshow because the issue continued. We never made that appointment because the vechile broke down late a few nights later. We had the it towed to a dealer ship in the state we had moved from to be checked. We now have been without our BMW for three more weeks and the service department has uncovered another 7K worth of problems to deal with that might have been averted if the service director had bothered to listen. Best car shopping experience. My husband and I had a great experience car shopping with Roadshow BMW. We have been shopping for 6 months. Roadshow was very attentive to our likes and our needs. We dealt with Brittany and Brad Sells and they were never pushy but were always consistent with follow up to see if we were ready to take the next step to achieving our dream car purchase. What started out to be just a test drive turned into finding the perfect vehicle and driving it home. We have owned BMWs for 10 years and just bought our 4th and absolute favorite BMW. Thank you Brad for finding the perfect X4. More

Great service and deal! Bought my 5th BMW just now from Roadshow, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. No pressure or typical dealer games, just straightforward service. Horrible Car Buying Experience I’d like to preface this by saying everyone my wife and I dealt with, excluding our sales person, was extremely courteous, respectful and professional I’d like to preface this by saying everyone my wife and I dealt with, excluding our sales person, was extremely courteous, respectful and professional. They are the only reason I’m not giving one star. That being said, my wife and I visited this location a total of 3 times looking to buy an used 2018 X1 x28i. All three visits our sales person was rude, condescending and arrogant. He treated us as if we weren’t nearly as important as any of his other clients, because we were looking at a $40k car, rather than a $80k car. On the first day, my wife was running a little late for our appointment, held up at work, but I made it on time and wanted to go ahead and test drive the two X1s my wife was interested in. Knowing that we had never owned a BMW before, our sales person literally handed me the keys and told me to test drive them myself... It left a bad taste in my mouth, but I let it go. I test drove them both and my wife made it there just as I was finishing up with the second car. She drove them both as well and we decided on one, after having to compare and contrast the features of each vehicle on our own. When we came back in, we felt like we were being pushed out the door, but I still suggested they look at my wife’s car to get a trade in value. He reluctantly agreed. When they finished he arrogantly offered $3k below blue book value, regardless of the fact the the car has $1k Yokohama tires on it with less than 1k miles. When I brought those facts up and the fact that their offer was $2k less than carmax, who only offers wholesale, he talked down to me spewing a bunch of arrogant garbage saying that they expect the car to have good tires, they don’t use blue book, blah, blah, blah. It was dark by that point and they were closing soon, so I decided to just table the matter and I did what I have done for every vehicle I have purchased in my life; I asked if we could test drive it overnight, to work the next day and bring it back in the afternoon. He acted like I was out of my mind for even suggesting it, but asked the people above him - they agreed. Keep in mind, the vehicle we wanted was discussed as being certified and the website’s certified vehicles link even took us to this X1. It was made clear that the additional 1 year warranty, that comes with that certification, was very important to us. Regardless, after that first appointment, my wife and I both had a bad feeling about the whole situation and nearly just walked away due to the way our sales person was treating us. The next day, my wife decided she still wanted the vehicle so we decided to just bite the bullet and discuss price when we returned. Again, we felt rushed, talked down to and just flat out like our business didn’t matter. Anyway, I pushed through the pain because it’s the vehicle my wife wanted. Additionally, the vehicle being certified was discussed and we tentatively came to an agreement on the trade in value and the X1 price. We were basically being pushed out the door at that point, so we decided to give it another night to think about it. Shortly after, we decided to just pull the trigger so I contacted the sales person a little after we left and said we would be there around opening to finalize everything and he agreed to the appointment. As a side note, this was my first experience buying a “luxury vehicle” at an actual “luxury dealership” and I’m not sure if people don’t normally negotiate on price there or if they just pay sticker, but our sales person acted offended that I even tried to get a better deal... They did eventually work with us, but it was the shortest yet most painful car price negotiation I’ve ever been through. In the past, my experience negotiating with other dealers has always been fun and light hearted with a lot of joking. Our sales person just acted like we were trying to get something for nothing and irritated... Regardless, the feeling of being absolutely unimportant to our sales person was further validated when, knowing we had an appointment to buy a vehicle and with several other sales staff standing around with nothing to do, he decided to take on and put another client ahead of us, who was interested in buying a much more expensive vehicle, while we waited patiently for THREE HOURS... Of course the guy was buying something way more expensive than us and he got our sales person’s undivided attention. I was pissed at this point, but didn’t want to say anything because my wife still wanted the vehicle. I kept my mouth shut all the way up until the point, 4 hours after arriving, when we were about to sign the papers and were finally told the vehicle wasn’t actually certified... I still kept my calm, but asked why their website took us to that vehicle through a certified vehicle link and why he hadn’t told us this on day one. He suddenly got extremely defensive and went off on me that the vehicle’s page doesn’t say certified anywhere and it’s our fault for assuming. I still kept my calm and asked about the price of an extended warranty and he told us to ask the finance manager when we signed the papers. My blood was boiling, but I kept my cool. We then spoke with the finance manager, who was extremely professional, respectful and understanding, and asked about the extended warranty. Once I heard it was nearly $5k for 1 year/10k miles, I held back and calmly asked what the price to certify it would be and if we could just pay that. The finance manager went to ask and came back in with our sales person in tow, who proceeded to berate and attack us saying he never said it was certified (he did), the website error didn’t matter, we should have looked at the web page closer, they weren’t giving us anything for free (I literally was asking, so I could pay to have it certified) and he just went on and on. I finally lost my cool and stepped in at that point. I pointed out everything that had happened the whole time, while the finance manager was listiening, and the only response I got was, “I’m sorry you didn’t read the website right, I’m sorry we were busy...”. At that point, I called him out on his non-apology and was about to unload when my wife and the finance manager saw what was coming and calmed the situation down. After that the sales person left the room and the finance manager told him not to come near us again. By that time, we had invested about 12 hours into getting this car, my wife still wanted it and the finance manager’s empathy calmed me down enough to just sign the papers, without buying their ridiculously overpriced warranty. That being said, I never got an exact price for the cost of certification, only that it would cost more than the warranty. More to the finance manager’s credit, he said he would discuss the matter with his ownership / upper management, when they returned from vacation, after the holidays, and he asked us to call him back for an update the day they returned. Furthermore, he kept the sales person separated from us the remainder of the time we were there and took care of the rest for us. We finally left, after being there half a day, and when we got in the car, the interior was hardly cleaned and smelled like super cheap air freshener. We didn’t even say anything... We were so drained at that point, we just went home. Overall, it was the worst car buying experience of my life... my biggest regret is that our sales person did ABSOLUTELY nothing to facilitate this deal and he is still going to make money off of it... In fact, BMW almost lost the sale because of him and the finance manager is the only reason I agreed to go through with it. If anyone deserves the commission it’s him. More

Will never deal with them again and I was a repeat customer so my fault I guess. Glad I got my Lexus back. More
