I found a dream car at a price I couldn't beat anywhere else I fell in love with my first BMW 5 years ago, and it had come time to start searching for something a little more sporty and powerful. I wanted a 2013 I fell in love with my first BMW 5 years ago, and it had come time to start searching for something a little more sporty and powerful. I wanted a 2013 135i. I found the car I had been searching for for almost a year at Roadshow, and it was priced well below prices that cargurus, KBB, and others recommended. I test drove the car and discovered that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced because one of the rotors was warped. Michael Reynolds and AJ Kiinhl were very helpful in having the brake issue resolved in a timely manner so that I could enjoy my new-to-me car. I even enjoyed the time I spent with Lamar Lacey filling out a little paperwork. I am especially appreciative of the laid-back atmosphere at Roadshow BMW, where you are not pushed to buy anything or rushed into anything that isn't right for you and your car. They earn their rating by letting the amazing cars and service speak for themselves. I am as happy as I could possibly be with the car I bought, the service I received, and the professional people I interacted with. I am very critical of customer service, and I do not take 5-star ratings lightly. Keep up the good work. More

He was an absolute professional and was very attentive to my vehicle requirements and timeline for purchase. He accommodated my busy schedule and worked quickly and effficiently to ensure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. Also, Sarah Foster took the extra time to brief me on my new X-3 and all of its features. The friendly Roadshow staff was very thorough and hospitable. This is my sixth BMW and I have experienced many dealerships and service centers throughout the Northeast United States. I can absolutely say that Rosdshow is number one on the list for customer service and attentiveness. I am thrilled with my new X-3 and car buying experience. More

Integrity Non Existent I want to let everyone know to be careful when taking your car to Roadshow BMW on Germantown Pkwy. I have had previous bad experiences but this takes I want to let everyone know to be careful when taking your car to Roadshow BMW on Germantown Pkwy. I have had previous bad experiences but this takes the cake. Anyone who knows me-knows how meticulous I am with my car. So, my engine light came on and I took it to the dealership on Friday, January 26. I had to leave it over the weekend because after scanning my key they couldn’t detect a problem therefore they had to put it on the computer. I received a loaner vehicle. I received a call from Dan Ostenski on Monday, January 30 and he went over the things that were wrong with the car-specifically the fuel tank vent valve but that it was still under warranty and that I could pick up my car on Tuesday January 31. I arrived at the dealership and Dan was busy so I sat down at his workstation. I knew something was up because normally my car is parked out front ready for me. This time they said they would “bring it to the front”. I reviewed my paperwork and got ready to leave. As I sat in my car adjusting my seat, I noticed a HUGE crack in my windshield on the driver’s side in plain view and I exclaimed OMG. I went back in only for them to insult my intelligence and character as an educated black woman. They had the audacity to think I brought it in that way-NOT. Dan went to his computer and started fumbling around and printed off some papers and said “yes Candi my dear” it was on the report that he never offered to show to me. He then said I’ll be right back and stayed gone at least 5 minutes and he came back with Nick McGavic(the shop foreman). Nick said let’s walk outside and take a look. I spoke with Nick and he said let me go speak with the technician to see if your car was put on the road. Now mind you why would you need to check with your technician to see if it was put on the road if the windshield was cracked when I brought my vehicle in. Nick walked off and when he came back he said that he spoke with the technician and it wasn’t put on the road and that they were not going to fix it(but never showed me the technician’s report nor did I ever see the technician). He also had the nerve to say “don’t you have collision coverage”? I then asked why was this not on my final invoice and never discussed and he replied that when it went to parts it’s another area so it didn’t get to Dan. Again, let me remind you on my final invoice there is no mention of a broken windshield. He even told me they prepared an estimate-which I never saw. I’m thinking to myself now during Dan’s disappearance he had plenty of time to add anything he wanted-you can alter anything with the click of a button on the computer. You and I know that the dealership is in the business of making money and there is no way if my car was brought in with a broken windshield you wouldn’t mention it. SO drivers BEWARE! If you take your car for an oil change and they bust your windshield or drop your engine it’s on you! Also, always take pictures before you leave your car at Roadshow BMW because the INTEGRITY of this company is non existent. If I was a white collar businessman wearing a Rolex they would be bending over backwards. I just want this business to stand by what they did and FIX my windshield. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and if you have any good attorneys that can help this scorned woman please let me know. More
