Used Car Experience Needed a car for my daughter - and instead of buying from one of the many used car lots or private owners, we decided to pay a little more and buy fro Needed a car for my daughter - and instead of buying from one of the many used car lots or private owners, we decided to pay a little more and buy from a dealer, thinking that they would at least have examined the car for major defects. After all, they tout their 136 point inspection. Surely they would see if there were any issues that needed addressed. After all, "Kenny would not sell a car he wouldn't drive himself". A days later we noticed oil stains on our newly installed concrete driveway. Now...either the mechanics are so incompetent that they missed a fairly significant oil leak...or the sales staff is so dishonest since they knew about the leak but did not disclose it to us. I would not recommend this dealership if this is how they do business. More

Does not recognize their warranty service. I recently purchased a car from Kenny Ross. The overall sales was pretty friendly and smooth. But something happened to the car they refused to fix it even though I purchased an extended warranty. The service department said that I was the one who caused the damage but has no proof that I did. I contacted the owner of Kenny Ross, which I thought I might get some support but now he won't even answer my emails. All these people want is to talk you into things and when you finally need them they won't help. I don't recommend anybody buying from any Kenny Ross show rooms just because of their horrible service department and the horrible people who work there. Now I'm to scared to a vehicle that I've only had about 2 months because my full service extended warranty (plus deductible that I have to pay) won't cover the problem. More

I contacted your dealership online when we found EXACTLY what we where interested in. Sherri contacted me back via email and anwered all of my question and concerns. She was Very willing to work with our crazy schedules and had wonderful contact with myself and my fiancee'. We opened our schedule to come to the dealership and do the whole "test drive" thing...knowing that this was only standard proceedure and that This in deed was not only the vehicle we wanted but the person we wanted to deal with. My father was a salesman for Coloniel Motor Mart in Indiana for year, he is retired now, so I know how some car salespeople can be...been there seen it. The day we were able to come to the dealership, Sherri let us know that she would not be available, but would set us up with an associate, which was still alright with us, knowing Sherri would not stear us wrong. On our way to the dealership Sherri called to let us know she was indeed going to take time on her day off and come to the dealership to deal with us in person. We where met with smiles and handshakes....it was like they already knew us and we where family. From show up to leave (with our Car) it was only 2 hours.....last time either of us purchased a car it was at the minimum 4 hours of "dealership time" . Sherri was very friendly and professional with us, knowing that we could change our mind on this car...I am Super glad not only that we choose Kenny Ross, but that we where able to deal with Sherri. Could not have been a more pleasant experience....your team is wonderful and would recommend them to ANYONE!! WAY TO GO GUYS....!! BTW, I even told my father that the next car he buys should be a Kenny Ross car...Just sayin More

About a month ago I called him and told him I was looking for a used van. He said he would keep an eye out for one. A few weeks ago a van came in on a trade-in and he called me up. Long story short I bought the van “As-Is”, not a bad price. David was very honest and upfront with everything. When I took it and got it inspected, at a very reputable auto repair shop, the mechanics were amazed on how great of shape the vehicle is and commented, “You got a heck of deal!”. David Rose is a “good guy” in my book. Highly recommend calling this guy if you’re looking for a new/used vehicle. More
