Horrible service Had new truck in for the free maintenance and waited 3 hours the first time to have oil change , complained about pulsation in front end when hitting Had new truck in for the free maintenance and waited 3 hours the first time to have oil change , complained about pulsation in front end when hitting brakes, they never looked at it , took it back in for second free maintenance in august, 14, and told them again about front end pulsation when I hit brakes, they said they will look at it, they come back to me 2 hours later and tell me there tech drove it and said he feels its co.ing from rear, I told the service adviser I drive it everyday and I know its coming from front , so anyways they disregarded all I had to say and went and cleaned rear drums because there tech said that's what is causing it, well after that they come get me 3 hours later and tell me its done and charge me $50+ dollars for cleaning break dust of drums as soon as I leave lot and got braked I get the same pulsation in front, so now I'm pissed because I'm missing work and loosing money because I own a business and they wasted my time and did not resolve issue and charged me , so I called back immediately and talked to the service manager and told him what was going on, he said to me that the pulsation would not have been dust on rear drums and he will reimburse me the money I paid and form me to bring it back in the following week and he would personally test drive it with tech, so I took more of my time and went back in on Aug,26,14 at 8:00 am because the service manager set the appointment up for that time, I pulled in there service bay talked to same service adviser as I did the first time, he had lot boy drive truck out in parking lot and that's where it stayed for over an hour until I went up and complained, at that point they drove truck in service tech bay lifted it up on rack where it stayed for another hour untouched until I again went up and complained, then the service adviser comes back and tells me the reason its not being worked on is because the tech said the rear drums need cut and he is waiting on machine, (1 hour wait time for machine, is totally unacceptable) , I then told service adviser that I feel the pulsation from front end (for some reason they don't want to listen to me that I feel it from the front), so anyways I wait and wait and wait and they finally come get me in waiting room only to tell me that after he cut rear drums he drove it again and he feels the pulsation still ,so now he has to cut front and it will take another 2 hours or more, So now I'm so freaking pissed off that I can't tell you on here because there would be a lot of cursing . so I told the service adviser that I already waited over 3 hours and now you want me to wait another 2 hours or more, and you basically wasted my time and money and the whole time the xxxx problem was probably in the front like I stated from get go, and if you would have checked that first this would have been resolved, so anyways I did not wait because I had my own customers waiting in me at my business , then I asked about my refund that the service manager told me he would reimburse me because obviously them cleaning the rear drums did not fix it nor them cutting the rear drums fixed it, so he then tells me he can't get hold of service manager, the same xxxx service mane who I talked to on phone , the same xxxx service manager who told me he would personally see that its fixed, so they finally tell me that they tracked him down 20 minutes later, which I don't believe, and then they tell me that he said they will have to cut me a check although I paid cash and in my opinion should be paid back in cash , now as of now I still have not received any check from them and its sept,2 14, and they wonder why customers get pissed off, they waisted 2 days of my time because in my opinion they don't have qualified techs working there who can't even troubleshoot a brake pulsation issue, in my business we call that someone who just changes out parts to see what will fix the problem. Needless to say I still have the pulsation and now I'm booked up with my business and can't even take it elsewhere to have someone who knows what there doing to look at it because thus place wasted to much of my time and got me backed up with my customers at my business, but they act like its no big issue, so 2 days and many hours of me waiting there and $50+ dollars later I still have the exact same issue that I took it in for , if I don't receive a check within the next week I'm going to contact the BBB , I'm so done with this place , and I hope the owner sees this so he can actually see what is going on in Hus service department and if he does nothing to correct it then SHAME on him. More

Happy Cruze Owners Even though we live almost 50 miles away, we chose to drive to Kenny Ross for our most recent Chevrolet Cruze purchase. Chuck was our salesperson, he Even though we live almost 50 miles away, we chose to drive to Kenny Ross for our most recent Chevrolet Cruze purchase. Chuck was our salesperson, he went above and beyond to get us our perfect Cruze, just the way we had hoped for. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood how to operate the tech features and the mechanical as well. He gave us important phone numbers to keep and explained how the warranties work. The price he gave was superb and we feel good about our purchase. I can't stop admiring our shiny new green LT. We truly feel like a friend of the Kenny Ross Family, Thanks Chuck Durbiano! More
