Sold a FWD and was told it was a AWD I'm really upset that I have received the run around. I purshased what i was told was a AWD car, come to find out when I brought it in to service for I'm really upset that I have received the run around. I purshased what i was told was a AWD car, come to find out when I brought it in to service for a light on dash and no traction in the snow, the service guy thought i was crazy when I told him that a AWD should of made it up the hill. He sort of smiled and stated ,you are not going to be happy but you have a FWD. I was lied to and yet now for two days I have been getting "we are going to figure this out " speech by 3 different people including management. Call after call and message after message. I'm starting to believe that because I am a women most dealerships think we are idiots. And Quote "got another one". I also come to find out my paperwork for plate is not even right. After going to three other dealerships, I chose this dealership because the people I dealt with seemed friendly and HONEST. More
