Excellent Assistance From Sales Consultant Found the vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader.com. Called the KR Used Car Dealership and was transferred to Nick Perenyi. Advised him of the vehicle I was interested in and asked that he (1) verify it was still available and to (2) assess the overall condition before I made the drive to the dealership. Nick had the vehicle located and brought to his location. He inspected the vehicle, advised me of the exact condition, and gave me all the background on the vehicle. Based on the information provided, I felt it was worthy to drive to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, Nick had the vehicle placed in the garage so I could inspect it inside vs. outside in the cold weather. We both did a walk around the vehicle and he pointed out all the features and issues for me. I asked if I could have the vehicle put on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. Nick accommodated my request and together we further inspected the undercarriage of the vehicle. I decided to buy the vehicle and we arrived at a reasonable price below book value (NADA & KBB). Further, Nick offered to provide a free 12 month 12k miles warranty on the powertrain. This warranty offer gave me additional confidence in the legitimacy on the quality of the vehicle. Nick further disclosed the CarFax, and an itemized list of service performed on the vehicle. The vehicle had a new 12 month inspection/emission on it. Since the vehicle had not been detailed, Nick scheduled to have the vehicle cleaned/detailed. Nick never pressured me and was very courteous, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with in my car buying experience. I think what was most important to me was that Nick returned phone calls, made good on his promises, spoke with confidence about the vehicle, explained the quality of customer support from KR, and in summary, was accountable and customer focused. Nick's integrity was well received in a business where sales people are not typically honest. I have yet to pick up this vehicle as it won't be ready for a few days but I have complete confidence in Nick and therefore, I have confidence in KR. I would recommend Nick to any future customer and I would buy from Nick again. More

Awesome Leadership and Management We took in my dads truck to trade in around 1:30pm. All the paperwork was done and signed and my dad drove away in a brand new 2015 Chevy Trax at 5pm. Got us the best monthly payment possible and therefore I am greatful for all the hard xxx work that Jimmy himself did for us. Our salesman Chuck Durbiano was a hustler. He performed all of the leg work (beginning Monday, February 9th in the morning), had my car picked up and delivered to Irwin that afternoon and had it cleaned and detailed prior to my mother and I arriving last night and that was only a couple hours after the car arrived on the lot from Zelienople.
