Although I wasn't quite sure of the exact car model I wanted, Ivan was very patient and accommodating. I don't like to feel rushed or pressured into making important purchases and feel that Ivan gave me all of the time I needed without being pushy. After purchase Service Dept is what is important. Erwin Stein has been our Service Rep for 21 years and goes above and beyond. When we had a mechanical issue out of town at the beginning of the New Year weekend and had to be towed to another Honda dealership, I reached out to Erwin and he advised what I needed to do. I also learned he contacted that dealership on our behalf and we were treated well there when we arrived. We have never experienced the level of professional and personal service at any other Service Dept. that we experience at Honda of Riverside. More
