This place was a go to for years. Unfortunately had my parents 2012 Pilot in there 2021 where they misdiagnosed and installed a starter and inferior aftermarket alternator that they chose. When I question Paul Hamilton about the misdiagnosis he was extremely rude and defensive about the situation saying that they also found a bolt in the intake manifold so someone else made it difficult for them to diagnose when they had been the only ones working on the vehicle. Fast forward to 2024, the alternator they sold and installed for us lasted 3 years and when I asked Paul Hamilton if they can work with me on price as a customer courtesy since they chose the alternator which should last 6+ years he flipped out once again. I told him I wasn't requesting anything for free, but paying for another alternator at a Honda dealer with his stamp of approval should not have failed in 3 years. I sure hope things go well for the customers here and you don't have to deal with Paul Hamilton in service because he will flip out right away without hearing you out or try to help out loyal customers.
