Pretty bad experience overall. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen from them and live in a different state. They tried to charge ADVT even though I told them a thousand times the vehicle wouldn’t be registered in GA. They finally removed it after I called the state of GA myself. Once terms were finally negotiated, I set a time ato pick it up. They called me a few hours before I was supposed to drive 5 hours to get it to tell me there was a recall and it couldn’t leave. A few days later the salesman was supposed to meet me halfway to deliver my vehicle. I got there and he was a no show. Finally got a call from the manager who said he would write me a check for $500 if I came to pick up at the dealership. I went, finalized paperwork in a hurry and had to rush out to beat a hailstorm. Never saw the manager, never got a check. They also used my ford points for prepaid service without my knowledge and refuse to refund me. When I finally saw the truck dry and washed it myself (because they delivered with multiple stickers on the windows, windshield, bumpers, etc…) I found multiple scratches. For an 80k vehicle, I really expected better. More

So long story short I work for a shop and needed some parts. Jeff smith wouldn’t answer and no one else had the part I needed and on top of that everyone I spoke to was rude. I called riverside Ford and spoke to Thomas in parts. This man was very helpful and friendly. He also had my part and went to grab it to make sure! I sent one of my co-workers to get it and he had it waiting on us! From now on I will be calling Thomas at riverside first for all my Ford parts! excellent job Thomas! More

Just an update to my June 15, 21 review. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole who I'm assuming took Devin's place; however, experience was great in tracking the replacement part of the strip that pleasure of dealing with Nicole who I'm assuming took Devin's place; however, experience was great in tracking the replacement part of the strip that came off along with recall. Vehicle was repaired on July 14 with a loaner vehicle provided. Nicole was amazing to work with, most humble and sweet person you will ever meet. She addressed all my concerns so very pleased and as long as Nicole is there she will be my go to Service Rep. Thank you Nicole. Yes it did take that long to address the issues with my vehicle but that's from previous individuals in place. For great experience, please see Nicole. More
