This might be premature, but... sales team was good and the service team has been great. I have a mechanical issue with the 2025 new Expedition and the automatic windows not staying up. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim.

I finally got rid of the xxx ford f150 today The one lindsay said they would buy back and when I decided to sell it back to them they resended their offer showing me that they will tell you anything you want to hear Their word isn’t worth nothing

Good experience. Courteous service advisor who kept me informed and explained things well. Used shuttle service & driver was friendly. Only issue is that parts are not available for a recall which is causing one of my issues.
