I was looking for a very specific Jeep and Alan located the one that I wanted and I was driving it several days later! Alan reviewed everything about the vehicle with me upon delivery and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the systems on the vehicle. Bryan worked with us to get the price were we need it to be, which can sometimes make the whole experience painful. In this case we were very pleased. Michael the EGM, who had been keeping the Trailhawk warm for us, graciously let it go and through in his bottle of anti acids to seal the deal. Mike was very patient with us and explained our options for warranties without making us feel pressured to buy anything. He also was kind when I called back the next day to ask him a question I am sure he answered several times when we were sitting in his office.
