Can't Believe It! When I went to Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge, it was with a half-hearted hope that I would be able to trade in my beloved Jeep for a larger vehicle. After driving the Journey, I knew this is what I wanted. Lee Daughety was extremely helpful and encouraging through the whole process, which lasted under 2 hours from start to finish! Even when I thought we were through because of the final cost, he settled my fears and with the help of his sales manager, Mr. Ackerman, we came to an agreeable price. I left with my 2015 Dodge Journey and am extremely pleased with the both the experience and the final cost! Awesome! We will definitely come here when my husband is ready for his new truck! More

He was friendly, personable, and had extensive knowledge of both vehicles. Each time I visited with a list of questions John patiently answered each one thoroughly. But perhaps most special to me was how kind and helpful John was to my 15y/o dog that I brought with me each time. How nice to know Riverside is so pet-friendly. I chose the Cherokee. And I got top dollar for my truck, as promised. A very good deal, with affordable payments. John worked so hard for me I wanted to buy from him! When I buy my next Jeep I hope he is still around. Actually everyone at Riverside was very friendly and helpful. After I signed the papers everyone in the showroom applauded--nice touch. I wiil reccomend Riverside to my friends. More

I was treated like royalty by all the staff I met, James, Bill, and Gary. James took me for a test drive in a new Outback, and Gary explained all the features in detail. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and not pushy. I returned a couple of days later with my husband to show him the car I was interested in, again, just to look. I ended up buying a new 2015 Outback, my dream car, that day. Bill worked the details so that I could afford payments. I felt good about the purchase, that it was my informed decision, and not forced upon me. In the past I dreaded buying cars because it was a stressful, somewhat adversarial experience. Not so at Riverside. Gary constantly said it was my decision, whatever I wanted was important, even if I left without a car. I never felt pushed, which is extremely important. I really liked his low-key, friendly approach. All the staff gave superior customer service. I absolutely love my new Subaru Outback. More
