My brand new RAV4 An oncoming car was taking his half down the middle, forcing me to the far right side of road. My brand new car's passenger mirror clipped a mailbox, breaking the inner glass. Your service department was great, didn't try to push off more services or parts required for repair. They ordered the replacement glass & installed as soon as it came in. They even covered the small scrape on outside of mirror mount that came into contact with the mailbox.
